Stayed in the family connecting rooms for 3 nights which provided ample space for our family of 5. Housekeeping team were great and very helpful. Rooms were showing some signs of use however were clean and comfortable. Great location - 5 mins walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby - Red Chilli to the left was delicious authentic Thai. A basic breakfast available downstairs in the morning. Laundry service available just outside the hotel. Good value for money and would return again for a short stay.

*Rooms: modern and comfortable, lots of space *Bed is so comfortable, one of the best beds we had in our trip in Thailand. *Staff is friendly.

Just 2 points from our experience and suggestions to improve: *Breakfast was ok, but: the toaster was only for 2 breads and when more than 2 people wanted bread it was not practical. Same with coffee. Not much space to walk in the breakfast buffet. They could find another system,, more space 😉 *Cleaning was ok, but they were always coming to us late, usually in the afternoon, the time we had just returned to the hotel and wanted to have a shower and relax. There are so many rooms, could have some more staff for the cleaning.

Everything was perfect Room is spacious, clean, TV and AC is working properly. Very comfy bed and pillows are the best. Bathroom was nice and new. Breakfast was excellent, so many options to choose from. Pool is small and right at the reception but I loved it anyways. Service and housekeeping 👌 Location is also very nice, restaurants very close, quiet area, not that far from the "city" and the beach and the biggest advantage is the kiosk in front of the hotel with the tours, laundry, motocykle rental and basically whatever is on your mind. Also not very professional, but still welcoming massage place. Thank you

The room was exceptional. Super comfy king size bed. Extremely clean and bright. Netflix on the TV. Bottles of water and toilet paper received outside our door every morning. Elevator was handy for our big suitcases. Nice and quiet surroundings. Location was good in walking distance of the beach etc. Breakfast was enjoyable.

Pool was quite small and cold. Pool table slightly damaged.

We didn't have the breakfast as was room only, some beautiful restaurants/cafe bars within a 5 minute walk so we ate out instead

The hill to walk back up at night time as very dark and quite dangerous, we used a Tuk Tuk for a very cheap price £1 a pop from the strip back to the hotel

This property exceeded expectations, after having to leave our previously booked hotel due to awful conditions, we were so happy to turn up to this wonderful hotel. The rooms, were clean, spacious and modern and the bed was so beyond comfortable. I couldn’t rate this higher, I am so surprised it is only 3 star!!!

Fully ventilated room with all the facilities. My wife is asthemic patient and room was comfortable at par with our expectations.

They stresses on deposit of 1000 bhat.wich was not known to me It was around 1 km inside from the main road.

T2 Ao Nang is a few minutes walk away from Ao Nang beach. Along the way there are a couple of restaurants and a 7/11, which makes for a convenient stay. The reception and housekeeping team were friendly; limited English but nothing a translation app couldn't get around. I found the room to be spacious and bed both sizeable and comfortable. I had a very comfortable stay!

The view (neighbouring hotel) - but certainly not a dealbreaker.

Great air con, we got a connecting family room and they were spacious and we got out own bathrooms with showers. They also had mirrors in the room and bathroom and the cleaners came everyday and replaced towels.

The only thing I would say is there was stains on the sheets when we arrived, they looked like they had been washed but just they just hadn’t come out.
