Lovely spaced out pool area, decent size rooms, good facilities for 4* hotel compared to others in Thailand,

Shower floor was made up of pebbles concreted to create a floor was uneven and the shower wasn’t particularly the best due to low water pressure, In the breakfast area there were several Flies hovering over and landing on the omlette station food, no effort was made to cover them up to prevent this

Beautiful pool, comfortable rooms, fantastic buffet breakfast. 500m walk to the beach and a little out of the really busy area but close enough to walk

Shuttle was only every 2 hours and driver was sometimes unwilling to stop at designated points if there was lots of traffic

This is overall a very good hotel to stay in Ao Nang! The hotel is very nice and the pool area is beautiful. The room was very spacious and had all necessary amenities. It was also clean and tidy. In our opinion the hotel has great asian breakfast options, including vegetarian, and a great omelette station. The hotel also provides a free back and forth shuttle service to Ao Nang beach and the Landmark night market. The staff is very friendly and there is also a tour operator booth in the hotel reception, which is convenient. The location is a short walk away from Ao Nang beach, but it has the advantage of being in a quiet place away from all the bars.

The Hotel was very nice. Our room was lovely, spacious and comfortable. The pool area was shaded and clean, with a nice and safe children's area. The breakfast had a wide and varied choice. You had to be early though, as it wasn't heated / kept warm. The staff were excellent. Very friendly, helpful and ready to assist our every need. We couldn't fault them.

The hotel was situated up on the hillside above the town, so you needed transport to get around. The shuttle bus was 2 hourly, so not really that convenient.

The staff was great! In the breakfast where this "omelet-lady" who was like a little sunshine every morning! We booked a pool access room, but unfortunately, it smelled like mold. They try to change it to another, but the same problem there. Luckily, lovely staff arranged room from another building, it hasn't got pool access but it didn't matter much in this case. Lovely cleaner made a sweet towel decorations! I loved them! Ee got even a nice farewell gift from the hotel, that was nice :)

Pool access rooms were smelling moldy, and I got symptoms from the smell. The pool was slippery from slime and needed a little more attention.

Our room was super spacious with a comfy bed, loads of space, and a leather couch that was perfect for relaxing after swimming. The pool was amazing — we swam every day — and there’s even a little bar by the pool. Food and drinks were reasonably priced for the area. Location was excellent too, close to the beach and shops. Breakfast was included and had plenty of options. The talking bird at reception was a fun touch, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They provided pool towels and there were lots of loungers around the pool. Bathroom was nice with a good shower. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Only slightly negative thing was that the bathroom did have a strange smell to it.

Nice pool area, room was very spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast was decent & good value for price . Nice area, a bit out of the way but close enough to walk to places, shops & restaurants very nearby. Shuttle bus very helpful, although could maybe be more frequent.

The shower knobs were a little confusing, took ages to figure out how to get it warm but once it was on it was very good. The man at reception hassled us a bit for tours/excursions which is fine but also a little repetitive and annoying, asking us where we we’re going all the time etc. nice to have a gym, but AC would have been better, fans didn’t really help.

We stayed in one of only 2 of the double storey pool villas. The villa wasn't cleaned properly on arrival although this was mostly rectified when discussed with housekeeping. Prior to our complaint the unit smelled of mould, the bathrooms didn't appear to have been cleaned, the kitchen sink was dirty, the bathroom on the ground floor was not stocked with towels, toilet paper or bathroom amenities and the outdoor pool area had cigarette butts under the outdoor seating. Housekeeping cleaned our room whilst we were out for dinner and a fragrant candle helped clear out the mould smell. Other than the room not being cleaned prior to our arrival, the breakfast was very ordinary. I would recommend not purchasing breakfast and going to one of the many amazing restaurants, cafes and street food vendors instead of having breakfast at the hotel. The bed was comfy, the towels were fluffy, having our own plunge pool overlooking the main pool area and swim up bar was so perfect that for 24 hours we didn't leave our room except to collect a food delivery from the reception area. The staff were accommodating, professional and friendly. The location is peaceful and close to many amenities although you do need the shuttle bus to get to the beach or the busier parts of town. The hotel has a free shuttle service to the beachfront and market area which departs every 2 hours. The AoNang markets and street food area is a must try! If you're travelling here from Patong or another larger city, buy your souvenirs from AoNang, its much cheaper here!!! I would definitely stay here again

The cleanliness on our arrival to the hotel could have been better although this was mostly rectified upon making it known to housekeeping/reception. We didn't have lunch or dinner here so can't comment with regards to these meals but breakfast was definitely not worth it. Much better options available in town

Everything was perfect. The check in staff were welcoming and happy to help, arrived a bit early for check in and was offered pool access while we wait. Palm, tour guide, was very helpful without being pushy. He showed all attractions and combinations available, we did book 2 of them and were very impressed. Hotel itself has everything on site, the pool is absolutely amazing (pool access room recommended), the restaurant serves decent food, breakfast is varied and if great quality and there’s a free water dispenser by the main entrance. Pool access rooms are very spacious and clean.

I booked it knowing that it’s away from the beach so be prepared for 15min walk or a free shuttle every 2h. Distance didn’t bother me at all.
