Beautiful, peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of Ao nang and other tourists areas. Staff are extremely welcoming and cannot do enough to keep you happy. Had a beautiful massage and the hot springs are very special and private. Will definitely recommend as a peaceful getaway and great location near the emerald pool and hot springs waterfalls.

Limited food selection due to off peak season but the staff made a big effort to serve are requests.

Such a beautiful place, surrounded trees and natural hot springs. The bamboo cottage was super cute and felt like a real jungle stay.

As to be expected there were a lot of mosquitoes, but that’s a fair price to pay for such a pretty spot. No shops around and they only provided 3x 500ml water bottles a day in the room and were a little reluctant to give us extra, so be sure to bring some water and snacks with you.

the staff were wonderful and the location is beautiful, if not remote (part of the charm, but also a consideration without own transport). that said, it's an easy grab/bolt from Krabi town, and the staff helped us source a taxi to our next destination the food was great, although a number of menu items weren't available - perhaps a smaller seasonal menu would be better the room was perfect, we were lucky to have the balcony with a bathtub in the trees! we also arrive to beautiful towel swans and flowers the yoga is a must - perfectly tailored for beginners, with encouragement to 'stretch' ourselves

the hot springs were being renovated during our visit. every effort was made to make this as unobtrusive as possible, and this only means it's more beautiful for future visitors

we also stayed around ao nang beach or at the villa 10minutes far from ao nang beach. but my daughter said this hidden villa inside the “jungle” was the best (she is 4 years old) it had a very unique atmosphere, only one experience. it’s not in a convenient location, but that makes this place special. although they only have one small restaurant, the food was nice and the service was great. we were a bit worried if this place will be too old or dirty or difficult to stay with my kid, but in the end i regret i didn’t book here for 2 nights. (i only stayed 1 night). my daughter had so much fun walking around the property with beautiful nature.

if you could manage the hot spring a bit more clean it would be perfect (although it was acceptable level).

Wareerak is a beautiful spa resort right in the jungle. It's absolutely beautiful and perfect to relax. The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly: I accidentally booked the wrong month for our stay and was not able to change it via booking.com, but the receptionist handled it all for us. The massage we had was delightful, the food delicious and the hot springs hot and beautiful. We stayed in one of the Bamboo huts and loved falling asleep to the sound of frogs, crickets and birds. It's heaven in a jungle.

A wonderful place - the nature is very beautiful. If you need a break from the big city, come here. The staff is very polite and helpful, everything is clean, comfortable villa, convenient parking, excellent hot springs.

If you are a vegetarian (do not eat meat or fish), please inform the staff in advance. There is very little vegetarian cuisine. (once when they specifically told us they prepared a wonderful breakfast. On other days we had to look for food outside the hotel)

The property was absolutely perfect. The Hot Springs felt like a private oasis. We enjoyed that we saw the hot waterfall from the property (less than 10 min drive). The staff was amazing they helped me with my dietary restrictions (gluten and dairy) and were good at suggesting things for me. We also enjoyed a wonderful massage on property- highly recommend.

The only thing was the floors were squeaky and we didn’t want to disturb our downstairs neighbors.

The place, where every single detail is for the comfort of the customer. We liked everything - bamboo cottage was excellent, beautiful and super comfortable, the bed was the most comfortable we slept in Thailand, there were nice tradicional swimming suits and towel for us to use, bathroom was cosy, beautiful and comfortable, the terrace amazing. Very cyte bed decoration for our honey moon. Super nice staff, beautiful public spaces, great maasage, free fresh coconuts in the restaurant. The garden was absolutely amazing, hot spring area also, it was so nice to enjoy there in the morning and in the evening, when all the tourists were gone. It's easy to reach Esmerald Pool if You have motorbike or car, also You can order private transfer at hotel. Also we enjoyed free and excellent Yoga class and desert cooking class with very nice chef. It's a perfect place for two or free days relax straight after coming from busy working life.

Only one thing - the wifi connection in public places was rather poor, but we came not to stay in internet, so that didn't cause a problem at all. There was no wifi in bamboo cottage, but that was only an advantage for us - to spend less time with phones.

Calm and relaxing and tranquil and very unique experience staff were exceptional and very kind and accommodating. Truly authentic experience, we had the pleasure of enjoying one of their many treatments available at the spa, which was so relaxing, not to mention the FREE Thai cooking class which is held every day for visitors to get involved which was very enjoyable and we made some tasty desserts! The hot springs were amazing, we visited them a few times including later at night, which added to the special atmosphere. Many hot springs to choose from which gives plenty of space between visitors and your own privacy. Lovely grounds also to walk around and be surrounded by tranquility and nature. Lovely breakfast which was served buffet style. Highly recommend this place to anyone considering it, you won’t regret it!

We stayed at the Villa and it sounds silly in hindsight however if your staying in the villa then expect some friendly company ranging from toads to lizards ,however when we notified staff they were quick to come and remove them and can’t thank them enough this did not put us off staying again . We realised later in the evening that the little visitors are quite common, we felt a little silly afterwards as would be expected when staying at a beautiful location in the deep jungle like this. This would NOT put us off from booking again it was absolutely magical.

This is a very nice place to stay. We were here for two nights, which was perfect. The hot springs on site are wonderful, and as a guest, you can use them as you wish. The food for us was very good and tasty. The staff were friendly and we felt welcome. The room was nice and it's important to remember the location is in the jungle so there will be bugs and frogs around. The massage was peaceful.

Nothing really, if I am being picky maybe some more fizzy drink options for the non alcohol drinkers, there was only sprite when we were there.
