You can tell much thought was put into the room. New furniture and appliances. Super fast wifi, great for work. Bathroom was spacious. Shower pressure was amazing. Room had warm lighting. Free coffee. Smart TV. Laundry and dryer for use on-site. A/C was strong. The host was very accommodating and friendly. 7/11 and Lotus within walking distance. A nice exercise park within a minute's walk. Excellent value for money.

There were ants around, but it's kinda normal in Thailand. Renovations were taking place while we were there around early March, so it can get quite loud in the room in the afternoon.

Exactly what the name says. I loved it. i was actually sad to leave. Even if it was not for the distance I had to travel, I would have stayed a bit longer for the amount I paid it was worthwhile . The owner was very nice. If you were from S.A. on a budget pop in there, you would get it, and I had the roof top to myself it, and I loved the quietness 🤫

The place is in a quiet neighborhood and very accommodating staff. If you want to be alone for a while the place is good . So far the place is safe if you are alone or if you are a lady traveller.

Seems like the accommodation is just new and still needs a little improvement. Needs a coffee table ,no spoon and fork and a small plate where you can put your food. Our first few days is not So good because everytime we use the bathroom to take a hot shower the power automatically turns off most especially during nighttime and it scares us ladies.

the location was ideal for us. it was mostly very quiet and an enjoyable experience. the staff were very helpful and polite. they even spoke English. we can not fault the hotel. will we stay there again , yes of course. they even have a washing machine and dryer on site. we would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a homely and well organized hotel.

Didn’t have toilet paper in room/ bathroom. The bed was a little hard for me, but not bad tho.

Nice little guesthouse in a quiet residential area with plenty of little shops and places to eat all a short walk away. Fridge, kettle, microwave, tv, iron, aircon, complimentary coffee and water. Pleasant hosts. Excellent value for a low priced guesthouse.

Bathroom needs a coat of paint & updating, but perfectly functional.

Everything. The room is exactly like in the pictures, nicely decorated and clean, with a comfortable warm light. There's everything you may need like a fridge, kettle, hair dryer, and even an iron and a microwave. The location is quiet and is not far from Don Mueang airport, but far from downtown. So it's perfect for a stay before or after a flight or if you don't have to go to the city center every day.

Location is a bit far from bus station, but the room is very big and clean, also the room rate is very good, owner is pretty helpful, you can do the laundry there

The price is reasonable and the rooms that I got were really nice, the cleaness, the aroma of the rooms were 8 out of 10. Thank you for the 5 good days.
