Location. Only 2 mins walk to shopping department store, 3 mins walk to a pink line sky train and with this line - it takes only 45 mins to arrive center of Bangkok (pink line then green line to Ari station). Room is clean. It is value of money and safe.

The host and the room are great. However as they don't have an elevator, it is not convenient for people who travel with a heavy lugguge. In that case, you should inform the host so they can find someone to help you to carry your stuff.

The property is just opposite the mall and near many eateries, very convenient. Room is clean and comfortable. It has a common area for eating. Location can easily get Grab to anywhere. Host is very flexible and helpful.

The room was super clean and tidy. It was spotless and always smelling nice. The owner Suvi was super nice, i had a gout attack while i was there and she even went out of her way and got me medicines and advice from her doctor. She even extended my stay for an extra day on emergency notice.

So impressed with this property. Clear instructions about how to check in with no fuss. Exceptionally clean, great set up for what I needed. Quiet and a place to sleep during a busy weekend of work. The owner is super friendly and helpful and the property is a brilliant price. Will definitely be staying again. Thank you!

Everything was great.

Fresh, spacious and very clean room, strong wi-fi, big 4k TV, shower and toilet are fine, AC works smooth, excellent beddings. Each floor has common dinning area with refrigerator. Quiet and unique coffee shop at the second floor. The Grasshopper touch is everywhere. Street food, public transport, taxi are right there. All this is a surprise for me as I've been to many hotels in Thailand and they usually lack something nevertheless the price you pay (low water pressure, weak wi-fi...). On the top of all, the owner is very eager to help and fix any issues. We had trouble with the location provided by Booking.com that was not her fault but she offered us solutions that many places wouldn't. And finally she forced Booking.com to correct the location. Good job!

There is some noise coming from neighbors equipment maybe. Didn't bother us at all and we slept well but for some sensitive ears might be an issue.

Nice location, it's very close to Chaengwatthana hall and therefore convenient for concert goers like us. Room is clean and bigger than expected. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they responded quickly. Overall it was a comfortable stay. :)

Our room was extremely tidy, the aircon works very well! The staff were so friendly and very accommodating. Really enjoyed staying at this property.

Nice beds, very nice lady, very welcoming, gave us a lot of tips and very sweet. outside of the rooms there is a lot of space for when you are with multiple people

it is a little bit far from the center, but for us that was what we wanted
