Comfortable place to relax with good view, bicycling, strong WIFI, and good enough breakfast

A bit far from city

Lovely view. Nicest rooms.

Magnificent view over the Mekong river. This type of room is exactly what I like the most; there's a balcony, the view is excellent, it's quiet and calm. Bathroom is functional and with a glass separation so you still can enjoy the view, even whilst showering... excellent!

Hotel position can see nice view of khong river. Clean room and good breakfast. Have car pak area for support.

Check in time can’t flexible. I arrived around 1pm but need to wait to 2pm to checkin. I understand that Hotel need some time to clean and set up room. But in moment that i check in , i saw room which complete. And yes after 2 pm i’ve got that room.

Food has no variety. More of local food would be better

Breakfast. We asked for extra beds for 2 rooms bur the beds were not added when we arrived

The breakfast was okay only changed up for the weekend It had an egg bay but precooked everything Staff were friendly the reception staff exceptional and the cleaning team were fantastic

I booked with the impression there was a pool Also bicycling along the Mekong Unfortunately I had to go to a different hotel to hire a bike and the pool didn’t exist It was a bit far from the night market unless you have your own transport Tuk tuks and taxis available The restaurant through the tunnel and coffee place are both fantastic

The bed was comfortable, the view is perfect and some staff are friendly and helpful

the cleanliness of the room, their booking arrangement, the staff at front desk when we checked in is dishonest: when we arrived they booked our two on different floor which is so inconvenient for us as a family, I asked if we can have another room that are in the same floor she then said no room available all rooms were booked!! then the next day the electricity is our parent’s room was not working, they said they will fix it but then they move them to another room nearby , I thought they just told us last night that there is no room!!! So we cannot trust anything they told us??? then when they clean the room, no towel provided, it’s so unprofessional for me, I will not recommend this hotel to any of my friend 😡
