Feels like a beach resort with the pool and view across the river to the mountains of Laos. Good location right on the riverside pathway and within walking distance of restaurants and the walking street market. The view from the poolside rooms is absolutely gorgeous in the morning and the darkened privacy glass is very effective. The swimming pool is very nice. The room is very comfortable.

Breakfast foods could be improved. The gym is pretty minimalist in terms of equipment and wrights and it was very hot. The common areas are looking rather dated.

Fabulous views especially at sun rise. Spacious clean room with comfortable seating. Good variety of food at breakfast. Made good use of the free bikes as directly on a good cycle way so could cycle into town and beyond or out into the countryside along the Mekong.

Pool was dirty for 2 out of 3 days. Tepid shower for 1 day.

Bed very comfortable in a spacious room. Bathroom well appointed. Good view from lounge window.

Restaurant meals were very average and a little overpriced. On Wednesday,there were only three other diners ang on Thursday,we were the only people in there. Pricing / quality a major factor?? Breakfast buffet was excellent.

We have stayed at this hotel before and it is our absolute favorite for this region. Extremely comfortable, great beds and good service. Even if some staff do not have perfect English they will engage a colleague to help. Would very happily have a return visit.

This was a relaxing, welcoming hotel that felt very luxurious. All the staff were professional, attentive, helpful and friendly. They spoke enough English to be able to respond to our needs. The general manager responded quickly to a concern that we had and worked towards resolving it. On the weekend it was a treat to have in the main lobby live Thai music being played and sung in the background. There was ample seating in public areas and around the pool. The location right along the Mekong promenade was very attractive and convenient. The breakfast was nicely displayed, ample, and with many delicious choices. We ate several dinners in the restaurant and were pleased with the quality of the food and the enthusiastic service.

We thought that the approach to the pool through the lobby was inconvenient and too public. Although bicycles were advertised as available there were only two, in poor condition, and not able to be reserved. The city was very bicycle friendly and we were able to rent bicycles elsewhere.

Had a fabulous room with balcony that looked out over the Mekong river to Lao’s ..sun rise in morning was breathtaking, we had room service food most nights ..it was alway delicious and price wise it was very reasonable. My wife is Thai and from the area and she said the food was faultless.

Breakfast which we had included in our stay.. although was good was a little bit limited in choice.. and sometimes had to wait for a table

Loved the parking as we had borrowed a car for the trip to Nakhon Phanom. Easy in/out private parking with security. Very pleasant staff. I wish they understood English better, but then I am fortunate in that I have a Thai wife. The location is fantastic... right on the Mekong river and quite private. The breakfast is good, but not exceptional. Didn't eat dinner in the hotel restaurant, so can't comment. Highly recommend The Tree restaurant, which is just a short walk from the hotel. Also loved the weekly open market and especially the old style market on the riverfront next to the hotel. Great place. Will stay again.

The Breakfast was very good, but could do with more variety of bread and pastries. Has a good coffee machine. The extra large bed was very comfortable. The views from our balcony were stunning.

we only had 1 pillow each. But were given more on request.

I room we had was the Panorama River View Room I would recommend this room as it had great view of the Mekong River and it you are awake early the sunrise from the room was very special. Along the river there is a good walking on bicycle track you can take

The only downside I feel was the room where breakfast was served to me it was a little dated did not meet what the room felt like. Also, I could not see any way people that have disability to get to the pool or to the river front. As to get to the river front there is stairs from the hotel

Good breakfast. Good rooms. Good view. Good staff. This hotel has gotten more expensive the last few years, but it has not gotten better since a few years ago.

The pool was not well taken care of. We love staying in and by the pool but we could not this time because it seemed very abandoned by maintenance.
