The room was clean and comfortable. The location is good and parking plentiful.

At check-in, they advised that a buffet breakfast may not be available, as they didn't have many guests. We then had to complete a complex 'What you want for breakfast list' - in our case for three persons. This delayed our check-in to our room considerably and in fact in the morning a buffet breakfast was made available and so the time spent at check-in was just wasted. I believe the hotel should always make available a buffet breakfast and if there aren't many guests, just make the buffet breakfast smaller. Easy!

A very pleasant stay. 2 nights. The room (402) was very clean, and bed comfortable. The bathroom was very ornate with nice tiling and colonial fittings. The breakfast had many thai options, and cereals, with usual fried egg, ham and hot dog sausage. Also a salad bar with multiple sauces. Toast, butter & jam. The restaurant also was the bar, with reasonable pricing. Even red wine @ 150thb. Pleasant seating. I read the reviews after booking and felt I made a mistake, however during/after the stay I feel the 1 score reviews were unwarranted.

One review mentioned lack of shops 7/11, however it was only a 4 minute drive. The shower floor was exceedingly slippy, almost dangerous, I feel the wrong (wall) tiles have been used. Only 1 keycard was provided. When not in the keyholder in the room, no power. The keycard is necessary to use the lift. Finally, 20% discount is offered for food and drink purchases on the website; this needs updated. Only 20% discount is offered for non-alcohol drinks, not food. For an 850thb meal & drinks I was discounted 12thb.

This hotel has two buildings. Both look very good. Between the two buildings, there is a nice green garden. The room is nice and clean. The bathroom is nice and clean Breakfast is included. There are many options for Thais and a few options for Western people. Good value for your money.

There is no closet in the room. There is nowhere to hang wet towels. In the hotel car park, a sign says: back in when you park your car. This is not a good policy. When we are travelling, we have luggage. The luggage is in the trunk at the rear end of the car. But when you have to back in, access to the trunk is not easy. A better policy would be to say: Front in when you park your car. In addition, the space for each car is too narrow. When we have a car, we need to open the door to get in and out. But there is no space to open the door. The space is too narrow. Hotel management should reconsider the policy regarding the car park

Good parking. Good location, near The Mall department stores and HomePro. It's easy to enter the city if you have your own car because it's in a deep alley. There are 2 entrance routes to the hotel, such as the ring highway and the city road.

Breakfast has a few menus. There is no cabinet. There is only a clothes rack. The balcony is dirty, there's a lot of bird droppings and you can't sit on it. There are too few power outlets. Change key cards every day. Evening traffic jams cause major roads near the intersection in both directions access to the hotel. you have to make a plan for evening travelling.

Location close to family home. Very nice and helpful staff. Good sized room and all the normal amenities for cost. Great pillows. Quiet location.

Breakfast lacking choice, but geared toward local tastes, as it really is not a tourist hotel location, unless one is driving a car. Suits me fine for visiting family.

The hotel space is beautiful. Great complimentary breakfast and drinks. The location is great locating nearby shopping malls and easy to travel to the Korat city center.

The restroom is a bit humid if not turning on the ventilator

Very helpful staff members. Towels, bedsheets, and pillows were clean and comfortable.

Bathroom light switch was constantly lit . . . could not turn it off. Room's security safe box did not work.

The beds are comfortable and the staff is very friendly and informative. Cozy flairs and nice ambience, quite suitable for a longer stay.

I arrived late at night with the train, and the hotel arranged for me to be picked up at the train station, which was very nice. The hotel is nice and quiet with a lovely garden.
