I loved the peaceful vibe! it feels like a little oasis surrounded by nature, yet still close to Pai town. The garden and river make it extra relaxing, and the treehouse lounge was my favorite spot. The room was cozy and clean, and the hosts, Simon and Rina, made me feel right at home. Also, the food was great, with a nice mix of Thai and Mediterranean dishes.

Honestly, I can’t think of anything I didn’t like. Everything about the stay was exactly what I was hoping for - peaceful, comfortable, and welcoming. I only wish I had booked more nights!

The resort is located not far from main area, but in a more quiet, close to nature area. Perfect if you are looking to be close to city but not in middle of the noise. Hosts were super friendly and attentive. Food is delicious and the Tuesday hummus well recommended! Rooms are clean and comfortable. There is an option to rent bike. We loved the experience and general vibe, will definitely be staying there whenever we come back to pai!

Amazing, friendly owners and staff who create an incredibly welcoming vibe and treat everyone like family. The actual property is gorgeous, peaceful and has many great common areas. It's also walking distance from just about everything you need. We (family of 3) stayed for three weeks and were sad to leave. One of the coolest places we've stayed anywhere in the world. Hope to go back in the future!

The only downside is that there are no bungalows with one or two bedrooms (all chalet/studio style), making it a bit difficult for families on longer stays to truly feel at home. That said, we knew this before going, decided to book anyway and do not regret it. There is ample space on the property with several common areas suitable for work or relaxing, which alleviates this issue, even if some of the spaces do flood a little bit during really heavy rains.

We stayed in Pai for 3 nights total and with the quiet and green environment at Shaya this was exactly what we were looking for (ps loved the pool). The hospitality of this place was amazing! Thank you to the owner for being reachable at all times especially when I burnt myself with hot tea. Thanks again for checking up on me how I was doing :)

We found a snake in our room and that can happen in Thailand, but killing it while it was harmless was unnecessary. We love animals

Great facilities with a pool, nice chill out spaces/hammocks. The resort had a very informal atmosphere, maybe not to everyones taste but for the price seemed fair. Bungalows are basic with fan, but a good size and fairly comfortable. The owners seemed really friendly. Nice family feel between the owners and the thai staff - kids playing together ect.. The shakshuka for breakfast was delicious.

Crying cat right outside our room every night, we tried to see if it was okay but couldn’t spot it. Meant a very disturbed sleep.

Lovely owners who seemed genuinely interested in making sure we had a great stay (including giving us some great tips for the local area), great AC, comfortable beds and great location - 10/15 min walk in to town which was a great way to be close to the action without having to stay in the centre. Lots of nice communal places to sit around the resort and a bar that was open 11-5 for coffee and drinks.

Expect a few bugs in the room due to the location in the countryside but it's definitely not a deal breaker.

Simon is really nice, he helped us with everything and recommend places to go. Also we were able to change to a better room since the building we were suppose to stay was under construction. The place is amazing, clean, in nature and I totally recommend trying the hummus, flat bread is unreal!!

The food was a little pricey. I think if prices were low, people would end up eating more meals there and not in town.

Stayed here 18 days - Really good food was available right outside my door & the staff would happily cater for any requests. Hosts were super thoughtful and friendly, which made all the difference to my stay. It was easy to relax for the day and get some work done, and nice to have the option to make the short walk to Walking Street - no scooter needed. I would always get chatting to someone nice in the dining/chillout area, whether it was the staff themselves or another traveller. Lots of space to work our and places to run nearby. Yoga & other classes were available every couple of days. A great choice. See you again Simon, Shaya & Rina!

We had a great time at this lovely place! It was very clean, quiet, and peaceful — just what we needed to relax. The hosts were nice and helpful, and everything was well taken care of. The view was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Rooms were clean, spacious with great view via the window. Beds were comfortable. Quiet place, with a scooter ride to the town.

Only cold water in the shower, dirty bathroom. Sometimes we couldn't find the owner to ask for information.
