Unbelievably quiet for such location (river end of the property), fantastic garden, friendly staff, great vibe and quality of the bamboo huts.

A bit small for long time stays, additional ~2 m2 for a wardrobe/small desk would've been a game changer, probably wouldn't be much of an issue for a solo person though. Also the shower heater was not working super good, was hard to set a good temperature.

The little houses are beautifully, made with natural, local materials. I found the design very relaxing with the porch hammock and bed in a room that you could keep very dark. I also appreciate the private bathroom. I liked the garden as well. And the receptionist was friendly and helpful. you are also right off of the walking street. The only thing that was slightly difficult for me was that there is a club across the street that plays music until 1 AM.  If you are a heavy sleeper, though, this will not be a problem for you. 

The location was perfect, 1 minute walk from the main Pai walking street with lots of restaurants and bars. I liked that we was given new bottles of water and toilet roll every morning so we never run out ! Overall the bungalow was very cute, comfortable and definitely worth the money

There was no storage spaces in the bungalow but I understand as it is small and this is made aware before the booking so I was prepared. Other than that I loved it

Super central with just the right amount of quiet and greenery. Every "hut" is made with so much attention to detail and care. Staff is really sweet and accommodating. Comes with a hammock which is amazing. Great for anyone looking for an "organic/authentic" experience but well done.

I would have stayed longer but the wifi wasn't strong enough for zoom calls

Gorgeous little bungalow right in the centre, but far enough down a track where you didn’t hear any noise. Walkable to anything you’d need, including walking street. We had amazing food there each night.

The air con wasn’t great but they did get someone out an hour after we told them and it did improve after that. The bathroom was lovely but the shower was very weak, didn’t bother me too much.

Lovely cosy hut in a beautiful garden, you really feel like you're in nature! Simple room, but cosy and clean! The outside decking area with the table and hammock was perfect for chilling or working (bug spray is essential!). Very attentive staff and host, kept the place very clean. Bathroom was good. Location is perfect!! Just off the walking street. Booked a few extra nights after the initial.

Not much to complain about. The room size could be a little bigger so might not be suitable for a long term stay.

Lovely place, by the river, great location, and a local Thai family run business. You do have some loud music playing by the bars nearby, but ear plugs will solve that. The location is amazing. Very close to walking street and cafes/ restaurants, message/spas, gyms, yoga studios, and the bus stop is an easy 5 min walk. Also, the owner is very kind and helpful. They provide hot water and teas/instant coffee and some fruit in the morning. Water is provided either in bottles or you can go to the water cooler and refill your bottle. Lots of space to park your scooter as well. Will definitely rebook when back in town. Kapkung khaa

Good value. Huts are tucked away at the back of the property so you don't cop the street noise in the central location. Quite cozy and all you need if you are out exploring.

A/C was unable to cool the small room, think it needed to be re gassed. Theres currently places being built as you walk down to your hut, imagine this will be going on for another 6-12 months before completion.

Excellent location. Go for the room facing Pai river. There are only 4 units, furthest from the entrance and noises - facing a large beautiful manicured lawn and Pai river. The feeling of calm, peace and privacy, reading a book/or simply snoozing on the hammock.

Nothing really. I guess guests who are truly light sleepers may find the location a tat noisy at night, considering it is located right opposite the buzzy Super Moon. Heavy sleepers like me - no problem :) Go for the river facing units. You won't regret it.

Amazing property, it was very comfortable and has a great amount of privacy. Located right around the corner street so it’s in a perfect location. The patio has a hammock and very nice to just sit and relax. The staff is super friendly and very helpful with what ever you need.
