Location is just off the walking street, so there is a very short way to all the food places. The pool is nice. The little villas are clean, bright, well lit, and are situated around a lounge area. But this was also the problem (see below)

In the center lounge area that is surrounded by all the villas there was a party every night! Other customers were meeting there until at least 3 am, playing music and singing and talking rather loud. Despite the sign that asks to be quiet after 10 pm non of the employees intervened at any time. Sleeping without earplugs was just impossible.

Unfortunately either someone had smoked in the room previously or the A/C was blowing in smoke from someone outside as the room smelled of marijuana the entire time we were there. Geckos and mosquitos kept getting inside from somewhere so it was a bit unpleasant to sleep getting bitten by the mosquitos that continued to appear despite us thinking we'd killed any that came inside every hour. I know we are far north in a small town , so I wasn't expecting the wifi to be particularly great but every network was so unstable it was unusable from our room.

It was an amazing location right in the centre and right on walking street. And even though it is right in the centre of Pai, we slept very well. It was quiet, clean and comfy. It was also the best shower we have had in the whole time being in SE Asia!!

They didn’t service the room I’m not sure if we had to ask or not but we needed more toilet roll. I went to ask and they did give me it so it wasn’t a downfall.

The location was fantastic, just a few meters away from the main street but in a quiet spot Perfect for 1-2 night stay. Nice ambience in the garden. The noise from the jazz bar did not bother us as it was more like a background noise. It stopped around 22:30-23:00 pm

-there were a lot of mosquitos in the room. There were also mosquitos killed on the walls and not cleaned. -the lockers in the door could barely close. -bed was hard( standard in tailand) and pillows had knots -its mainly a backpacker hotel and for groups, who are chilling by the pool and courtyard till late. If you want a more peaceful environment then reconsider the options

As said about the location, with the Jazz bar being so close, you get a little bit of noise through in the evening but all noise is stopped by 11pm

Few little holes allowing bugs in around the window but nothing major comes with the territory of travelling asia!

Nice location in the middle of Pai but set back so not too close to the walking street. Staff was friendly and room clean. Considering the price, this is a very great accommodation in Pai! The pagoda and pool in the premises’ garden invite you to sit back and relax.

The jazz club next door can create noise (or music) so be sure to pack some ear plugs. Didn’t bother me but may bother others.

Great location just off the main walking street/night market. Close to many restaurants & cafes, 7 eleven etc. The villa was small but well laid out and there was enough storage space and all amenities (fridge, TV, kettle, safe, complimentary toiletries and hot drinks). The room was very clean. The balcony was a nice place to sit overlooking the garden and fish pond.

We found the bed a little small and the pillows and duvet quite lumpy. There was also quite a lot of noise at night from the jazz club adjacent although our villa would have been more affected than those on the other side of the garden or towards the back of the property.

Aircon room with a fridge, TV, kettle and a pool. Pretty great value for money!! it is right by the walking street yet it is not noisy. Our room was spotless, they give a bottle of water each every day for your stay. Its the little things! Shower has warm water and they give towels for the pool. The pool is a bit small but it is cold which is amazing. Safe to say we were very happy with our stay, we are coming back again!

Lovely place to stay. Perfect location right in town but down a cute little street so was quiet at night. The staff were so friendly. Thanks for a great stay.

The only thing they could improve would be to get rid of the single use drink bottles in the room. Such bad plastic waste. If they had a big jug at the front desk we could refill our bottles.
