The staff was great. I loved them. They gave us a different room than we booked but it was bigger. They were flexible with bags.

many issues with the facilities. The bathroom didn’t dry at all (the lady told us she’s waiting for a plumber). But that’s not the only issue. The wifi is not working at all. We couldn’t book the next place using the internet. The beds are very firm. I liked this but my husband didn’t. Last but not least, the breakfast was not good at all. We had stayed at a cheaper but better place with a bigger breakfast option and everything worked just fine.

I liked that the property was a little bit outside of the activity of the main street. It was just a short walk to the main restaurants and services. The included breakfast was nothing spectacular but quite sufficient. It was lovely that you could sit over the river for your meal. The bungalows were very clean however, small. It felt safe and secure.

The rooms were small. I was traveling alone so I could put my stuff on the other bed. However, if you were traveling with another, there was limited space to put your stuff. When I first checked in, we went to three different bungalows to find one that had air conditioning working. And the one I ended up in it was quite weak. I did not care for the U lock on the doors. It is more fiddly than a door lock.

The connection at the wall power sockets have been loose, hence the plugs/charger could not hold and fell out. A small thing, but in our digital world, guests needs to charge phones and computer. Also, at the place where the water kettle was placed, there was no power outlet, The water pipes coming out of the wall in the bathroom are dangerously long, some new bathroom taps would make it so much better. Finally, the AC needed an urgent cleaning.

Location, quiet, food was great and the hostess was full of positive energy. Good value.

A small level of ant and mosquito traffic in the rooms, if that sort of thing troubles you it could be a bit off putting.

The owner is super friendly and greeted us by name every day. The location is perfect, very close to the walking street but lovely and peaceful being the other side of the river. The view overlooking the river while having breakfast is beautiful, as is the view of the garden from the little terrace in the bungalow. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We found quite a lot of marks where mosquitoes had been squatted on the walls and lots came from the bathroom. Understandable given the location and we used a plug in repellent which worked fine!

Location, location, location. You are one scenic bamboo bridge crossing away from the heart of Pai. The manager (owner?) is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasn’t bad. The balcony hammock was fantastic!

My biggest gripe was the lack of a security box in the room. If there was one, I didn’t notice it. It’s also not an easy location to get an in town taxi to pick you up. Other than that, a big thumbs up.

We had a wonderful stay here in Pai! The location is perfect close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. The property is very well-maintained, and the staff is always happy to help. Breakfast was delicious :) We would be happy to return again!

5mins walk from the main street Felt like home since day 1. 'mama' made sure everything was organised. if ya looking for a 5 star hotel. this is not the case..this is a 5 star HOME. i came.as a.stranger...left like a family member. thank you MAMA

i hated that fact that i had to get out ot the comfy bed everyday....blame it on the kitchen staff who made the homely breakfast ❤️❤️❤️

Outstanding in every way! Tim is an incredibly warm and welcoming host, and the riverside location is both peaceful, and still convenient for downtown Pai. The rooms are large and well appointed, and the bed comfortable. The hammock on my balcony was a welcome touch - I loved swinging gently in the mornings while reading and having a cup of coffee. I hadn't realised breakfast was included, so this was a welcome bonus.

The bungalows are really relaxing and only a 5 minute walk to walking street over a bamboo bridge. There is space to park your bike and we had no problem with mosquitoes or bugs. Breakfast is also included and good value. Staff are really friendly too 😊

There is air con but the room will heat up whilst you are out, so can be a bit tricky to cool down (we were staying at a very hot time so other times it would be okay)
