For anyone seeking an affordable and convenient place to stay in Pai, this hotel is a fantastic choice. Its location is unbeatable—right on Pai’s iconic walking street—yet remarkably quiet, making it ideal for relaxing after a day of exploration. The price is exceptional, especially given how central it is to all the activity. While the hotel has a no-alcohol policy that might not appeal to everyone, it fosters a serene, quiet environment, attracting guests who prefer a more peaceful stay—a feature I personally appreciated. The bed was comfortable, the shower had excellent water pressure, and the Wi-Fi performed flawlessly, even handling multiple Zoom meetings without any problems. Although the furniture and decor are a bit dated, this is a minor point considering the unbeatable price and prime location. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for travelers who value convenience, affordability, and tranquility. It may not suit every preference, but for the combination of location, value, and peaceful ambiance, it’s truly a great find!

The furniture and TV was dated. They used repurposed cleaning containers as trash cans (but for the price and the location it was well worth it)

The location was very handy to everything we did like that and if we could have rented scooters they had a place to park them. But it was very busy and no scooters available the couple of times we tried to rent also have earplugs a little noisy in am

Our toilet sprayer leaked all the time which made floor wet but there we told towels around to put down but it would be much better to fix with 3 of us staying there the bathroom a bit small but we made due

The house keeping was very good, they left me bottles of water and a new roll of toilet paper almost every time. The hotel is in a great location at the beginning of the walking street. They didn't seem to speak too much English but the manager was very helpful and I was able to extend my stay with him twice. I will definitely stay again when I return.

It was very noisy at times, not just street noise. The bathroom was also a little strange everything in the one area so everything got wet from the shower. I don't know if all rooms are like this though, mine seemed like a dodgy add on 😅

Believe it or not, for being right in the center off the main street where the night market is, it was really quiet. You walk down a long corridor before enter the area where the rooms are, so it is very quiet and safe. Nice sitting area upstairs where I stayed. Coffee, hot pot and fridge are located outside in your sitting area. Note- drinking is not allowed on premesis or there is a fine. Honestly, I loved that. Especially since you can walk 10 steps to the street and drink at any bar/restaurant nearby. It keeps people from making noise late at night. It is 5 min walk from the bus station which was great when carrying heavy bags. Walking distance to everything!! Food, shops, bars, anything you need is just outside the front door. Staff was super kind, always there when you need them. Downstairs in the lobby is a bell to ring in case you don't see the staff, they will come to greet you quickly. Quick to respond to anything I needed.

A tad bit of a musty smell when you walk in. I aired out the room by opening the window and turning on the fan.

The place is perfectly located at the town center, walking distance from the van terminal, but quiet, clean, cool, and comfortable. The hosts were kind and very hospitable; they even offered their own umbrella when it was raining outside and asked me every morning to clean the room.

There are guests who were too loud at times. Slippers should be provided.

My partner and I stayed here on our backpacking trip, we absolutely loved it, the location was right on the walking street and we had many food and shopping options. The staff were very helpful, having the option to daily room freshens or not depending on your choice, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable, 10/10 would stay again

The location is great and the price is right. Clean, spacious rooms. No key deposit. They do have motorbike parking inside. Very quiet! They also provide free water and coffee and there is a fridge and kettle outside that guests can use.

No car parking, so we had to park on the next street over because of walking street. This was okay because we knew ahead of time and know the area, it’s just something to be aware of.

Fantastic location right on Pai’s main street, at the quiet end. Spacious rooms, boiled and cold water available all day. Water bottles given each day.

Very minor points. The tv in our room didn’t work, but it was a surprise that there was one at all. The shower has really low pressure. But it’s still very good value for money.

great great location, right on the walking street but couldn’t hear any noise from there. decent beds. topped up with water and toilet paper each day even if they don’t clean your room. great AC. water refilling, tea/coffee station outside the room

cockerel was making noise all night meaning we couldn’t sleep at all. had to move hotels due to this due to the loudness of it throughout the whole night. ants in the bathroom. thin walls could hear neighbours.

We booked last minute as the original hotel we booked was not suitable. Staff allowed us to check in very late and helped carry bags upstairs. Staff also allowed us to get stuff in the room and settled a bit before we paid after recognising we had had a rough night. There was a free water refill station Room was clean and enough room for what we needed. Excellent location, especially for the night market.

Wall plug was difficult to keep chargers in - did work though Shower can spray all of bathroom if you havent got the hang of it.
