The best thing about the property was the location. Just minutes away from the main street, but far enough so noise from town could not be heard. The bed was so comfy. The standard of cleanliness was excellent. The owners were very hands on and available to help if needed. The lighting at night was beautiful around the property; I was touched that the staff turned on the porch light at each bungalow even before it got dark. They make coffee and toast available for free in the morning. They were very kind and helped me with my luggage, which I appreciated. They will also store it for you after check-out if you have a later bus. It's not far at all to the bus station; it's an easy walk, even with luggage. There are two really neat coffee place right around the corner. The closest one serves until 11:00pm and serves an incredible selection of aperitif.

This is a small set of excellent and clean modern bungalows set in a very quiet area, yet just a short walk to the Walking Street. The bungalows have character and are a pleasure to be in. Everything is well maintained and works as expected, and the staff are courteous and helpful.

There was nothing I didn’t like, but I have a suggestion: it would be great if one or two of the tall windows had mosquito mesh so they could be left open in the early evening. At the time of year I was there (early July) it would’ve felt lovely to have the cooler evening air passing through the room.

An absolutely perfect place if you want to be outside of the business of the night-market street, without being too far away. The small bungalows are perfect, I love the wood-style they have, and the very large window. Super comfortable bed too. Oh and if you stay here, you NEED to pay a visit to ''Carrot On The Moon'', the restaurant in the other side of the street. Fantastic food and coffee for a reasonable price !

This was my third booking but only my second stay. After my first stay I was so pleased that I booked again very shortly afterwards, but life got in the way and I had to cancel the second booking. I was very happy to return this time! It’s a place that ticks a lot boxes. Far enough from town to be quite, yet just a block away from the night market.

As I mentioned in my first review, it would be great if the side windows had mosquito mesh so they could be left open in the early evenings.

This hotel was perfect, very warm welcome from the owners, private and secure parking, beautiful large room fully equipped and everything worked perfectly. Pretty well maintained garden in the middle of the teak wood bungalows with waking up in the morning in the company of birds. The hotel is very well located close to the city center on foot and 400m from the entrance to the walking street for the evening. I am very satisfied with my 3 nights in Pai.

Small point not very important I did not have a smart TV in my room but a standard TV which worked correctly

We were really happy with the size of our room and the amenities. We appreciated having a fridge and that we were given fresh water every day. The location was great, just a short walk to Walking Street and 7/11. There was also lots of parking at the hotel for the scooters that we rented in town. Aircon worked well, shower pressure was good and strong WiFi.

It would have been nice to have had a second chair on our porch/terrace so that we could both sit comfortably together. (But really not a big deal).

It is in a quiet area which is not too far away from the Main Street. The garden and room are pretty. There is a hair dryer in the room. Free toast and coffee in the morning. Free bottle water every day.

Not very good sound proof. We had a young women groups lived next to us. When they play music our room can heard it very loudly even thought our rooms are not connected at all. If you want to enjoy the garden view you don’t have privacy as everyone can see through your room very clearly. There are no mosquito’s net for the door so you won’t be able to enjoy the nature wind.

Beautiful room and garden, clean and quiet Good value for the money

The room is a little dark, the only way to make more light is opening the curtains, but then everyone can see everything inside the room and there is no privacy

Lovely garden area and the cabins are very sweet. Great location to Pai walking street, just slightly out of the hustle and bustle. Very close to a cafe called Carrot On The Moon which does amazing coffee and breakfast. The cabin was comfortable for the 6 nights we stayed, I would say slightly on the old side and could do with a touch up in places, but the beds were comfy and the room and bathroom were clean. We also had a fridge which is very handy. Sometimes it was difficult to get the water temperature right in the shower but after a couple of days we got used to this. The TV looks like it’s from the 60’s so slightly pointless! The staff speak little to no English, not and issue but just something to be aware of. I used google translate with them and this was fine! Lots of room for parking scooters and cars which is handy. Room is cleaned on the basis of you turning over the sign outside the cabin, which worked well for us and when our room was cleaned it was done well with new towels etc. bottles of water are left for you everyday too. It’s a lovely little place and very quiet so I would definitely recommend.

Room was really nice, one of the nicest bungalows I've stayed in, in this price range. Lovely floorboards, nice little terrace, not too many mosquitos. Fridge worked fine, and the drinks in it were actually really reasonably priced too Extended our stay 3 times while we were, so ended up staying over a week. Nice easy cleaning service as well, everyday if you want it, but I usually find that a bit excessive.

No complaints at all, really, especially considering the price! Definitely would recommend
