Lovely room and bed. Good internet and tv. Clean. Amazing shower and bathroom. Absolutely the best breakfast we’ve had in Thailand. We train a lot and need proper calories in the morning after the gym. Great layout. Excellent pool. Nice and quiet. Close to the town but far enough away. They run a shuttle bus but it’s a grand short walk to get your steps up. Ample parking. Come and go as you please as the staff are lovely, very professional but not one bit intrusive. Our third time in Pai over the last few years. This was our best accommodation. Pool towels left in the room. Really beautiful scented gels and shampoos. Safe in the cupboard. Great hotel.

I genuinely can’t think of one thing. Even when we ran out of tea, we mentioned it at the front desk and they sent someone over with plenty of resupplies.

To be honest I wasn't sure what to expect, pictures can sometime be misleading. However, that was not the case here. The place was beautiful, lush greenery, well kept, and clean. My 1st floor room overlooking the pool was perfect, a good size considering I'm solo travelling and spotlessly cleaned every day. No issues with the pool which was very welcoming in the heat. The dining area is large and used for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A buffet breakfast that catered for all tastes and no shortage of fresh produce. I also availed of the lunch/dinner menu and the food ordered was perfectly cooked. Staff were very courteous and provided information about the local area. Location wise, it's a very short walk into Pai town. Based on my own experience I have no problem recommending The Quarter Pai, for value, location and facilities.

Nothing. It met my requirements, was great value for money and I've no intention of being 'picky' for the sake of it.

The staff were very attentive and kind. 4 bottles of water and a roll of toilet paper was delivered every day and it felt safe and comfortable. The breakfast also had plenty of choice and it was a short walk to the centre of Pai. They also offered a shuttle service and laundry if needed.

I thought the laundry prices were very high. If you have quite a lot of items it can get quite expensive. The safe was also very difficult to work and the key got stuck inside it so I couldn’t use it but I also didn’t ask for help so this could have been solved by staff if I notified them

I loved the pictures when I booked and that was excactly what it looked like! A little piece of paradise when you step in. Beautiful plants, sounds of tropical animals, but close to the town. Rooms are private and so nicely decorated. Breakfast was delicious. Pool so nice! Staff was friendly and very helpfull. A lot of nice things to see and do in the close area: Pam Bok Waterfall, Bamboo bridge, Pai Canyon, Tha Pai Hot Spring.

We had a reservation for a deluxe rooms and a junior suite. The junior suite had a nice bath outside, but I found the whole room a bit dark because of the walls all around it. The bathroom had waterdamage at the ceiling and the room smelled a bit moldy. Also the sink was leaking. To my opinion I liked the deluxe rooms better overall. But they were all very nice.

Pool was amazing, the grounds of the hotel felt luxurious. Room was comfortable and AC worked well. Sunken outside bath was a massive bonus after travelling Asia for a few months. Breakfast was great and had something for everyone. Location fab and the hotel offers a free shuttle into town till 10pm. We had dinner at the restaurant one night too and that was fab. Staff couldn't do enough for us. Even sent on our fire stick that we left behind to Vietnam :)

Bath didnt fill up completely as plug didn't work properly. We managed, but some might complain about that. Other than that it would be a 10/10 No bar!

Best stay in Asia so far. What a beautiful resort with a beautiful pool and amazing staff! We loved our 3 nights here. For $125 Australian it was incredible value for money. Located in a peaceful part of Pai, it was a 5 minute walk into town that was fully lit at night and totally safe to walk. We ate very cheaply in the local eateries which are far more authentic than the restaurants. We also loved the street food at the night markets. We are a couple in our mid 50’s. The food hygiene standards have come a long way in Thailand. The breakfast buffet was also great!!! Highly recommend staying at The Quarter. So glad we chose it!!!!!!

The bed was very firm but as soon as I mentioned it to the staff, I was offered a mattress topper. Magic!!!!

Great atmosphere through the hotel. Comfortable and private rooms. Peaceful pool surroundings. Eggspansive breakfast buffet.

Absolutely adored this hotel. Couldn’t believe how beautiful it was. The price is so cheap so I wasn’t expecting much but it was beautiful. The pool was so perfect for chilled days and the location is super close to the walking street. They even have a shuttle bus that takes you in and out but we didn’t need it as it’s less than a 10minute walk. The staff were lovely and the rooms were really clean. We stayed on the ground floor but I think the upper floor looked even nicer.

The only downside is the fact that the rooms are not sound proof. There are 4 rooms altogether in one section and we could hear everything. I think you don’t hear as much upstairs which is why it’s better to stay on the top floor. I’m surprised more people have complained about the sound but that was an issue for me. The food isn’t the best but that didn’t bother us as we were so close to the walking street.

The hotel is very beautiful and a great location. The pool is really modern and the rooms are lovely, the bathroom was really nice. The food at the hotel was the best food we have had so far on our trip and the staff helped by taking our bags to and from the room for us

Our running water stopped working in the morning which was frustrating but reception sent someone to help. We also had some trouble with the safe but someone can to help straight away. The hotel advertised an option of late checkout for an extra 200 baht per hour but when we tried to book we were told we couldn’t. Also there were a lot of ants in our bathroom.
