Clean and comfortable hotel near to Pai walking street. Good looking pool and nice breakfast. All in all we would recommend.

The water pressure in our room was not acceptable. The hotel must change their techniques with the water pressure and install different boilers in order to ensure a higher quality. The coffee machine at breakfast were a nightmare. It took us 5 minute for one significant amount of cappuccino. Please adjust the machines or buy new ones. It is nice, that the hotel has rooms with pool access. However, if you book a room without pool access it cannot be that there are only 4 available pool beds. I know that there is at the moment not enough space, but this may be fixed.

Only 4 sunbed s around pool unless you are in ground floor rooms which have their own sunloungers( note rooms 1-3 are ones with sun) the rest are in shade. Breakfast was poor as most of it is cold and left in buffet containers. Hotel should either improve service at breakfast offering cooked to order eggs or just don’t bother including in room price so that guests can go to the many great cafes nearby. Staff are a little inexperienced and it feels corporate without the usual Thai hospitality. Put in a good manager and this would receive a 10.

This hotel looks new, fabulous helpful staff and very comfortable. Superb breakfast and I love the pool. Right in town and they even have free push bikes.

There was a guy smoking marijuana on the balcony. It seems this hotel allows it and I recommend they change the policy to ban it like most hotels in Thailand (there's a reason it's illegal in most countries, as it's a health hazard).

We really loved this hotel, it was in the mix of everything in Pai and a 1 minute walk from the walking street. The breakfast was very nice and had a variety of foods alongside with the pool area being very relaxing and quiet. The staff and cleaners were very attentive, friendly and helpful! We would definitely recommend coming to this hotel if in Pai!

We generally liked our stay, nice hotel, great location, fantastic pool (especially for kids as we could enter the pool from our room).

Unfortunately there was some miscommunication regarding charges for an extra bed (+ breakfast) for a 4-year-old child staying in our room. We were charged 250 Baht /day extra for breakfast (+ 500 Baht/day for the extra bed, after negotiations, initially we should have paid more). The conversation about this was rather unpleasant and I really don't understand why it was so important for the hotel to make these extra charges. Unfortunately our stay started therefore with the irritating conversation and it took us some time to let go of it. It's not solely about the money, rather the way how we were treated during the conversation. However, in the end it was a nice stay and we really enjoyed the pool.

A strict ,,, no nonsense NO PARTY policy does need to be put in place. With the addition of fines for breaking no party policy. The breakfast area must be cleared of guests / large groups when the pool is closed 9pm. Otherwise those groups are disturbing the other guests and their right to a peaceful nights sleep/ stay.

Brilliant location - a few minutes walk from the night market (on each evening) and the bus station. Lovely clean, bright & airy room - feels very modern. Staff helpful and very kind on front desk. Very good value. Relaxing pool area.

Breakfast could have been better. I asked to book another night which they said was fine but the next day, the room I’d reserved had been given to someone else so I had to find alternative accommodation at very short notice, I thought this was poor form but on the whole, very good service.

Very good location! Just around the corner from the night market. The room is quite big and with balcony. We would give it 3 stars not 4 but still a very good option in comparison to other hotels. The hotel look relatively new.

The breakfast was horrible… the food was stale/ cold and if you came at the end of the breakfast, not much is left. We ate our breakfasts in other places. For this price we would expect something better.

I came to Pai to have a little alone time after a long traveling month. I loved this hotel, it’s tucked away so it’s quiet but it’s close to everything. I walked everywhere in Pai and this hotel was located in the perfect area of town

More pool chairs. I was staying on the second floor so there were only three chairs available for me and sometimes they were full

Really nice place in a perfect location just around the corner from the night market. There are no bars at this end, so you are assured a good night of rest. The courtyard is as beautiful as the pictures and the breakfast was quite good. I had a small issue with the safe and the staff was quick to assist. Highly recommend Ai Pai.
