Location was really central, only a short walk from the bus station. Good to book activities through, i.e tipsy tubing. Rooms were clean and did the job.

Not much 'partying' within the hostel itself. Shower pressure was poor but nothing to be put off by.

Honestly the thing I loved the most were staff I got Eugenia was sooo sweet and always went out of her way. The 4 bed dorms were really clean and presentable.

I would skip the 12 bed dorm, no privacy and for like a euro extra you get a really nice 4 bed dorm

the staff were incredible “specially that amazing manager !” (only reason I would go back sadly) they made everything perfect. location is one of the best as well it’s right on the river and has really nice areas to walk around and chill there and only a 5’minute walk from walking street and they also let you play your own tunes!

it’s sad as there is sooooo many obvious things they can do better. firstly most important your given one shower to share per 12 bed (sometimes more) in dorm and the shower is in the toilet so you can imagine the absolute carnage when it’s full (which is normally always is) the bathroom really needs cleaning twice a day. they should offer free drinking water refills. the price of the drinks at the bar are very high compared to two doors down which is half price. it’s called a party hostal but I was there for one week and not one even viiibey night happened (most people say as it’s too expensive to drink there) and last thing 100% need some curtains and some windows with mosquito nets to let some fresh air in !!! not everyone like to shower often in a dorm.

Stayed as a group of 4 in the quadruple room, room was spotless and very spacious for 4 people and beds were very comfortable. Hostel was quiet when we stayed in June but they have great bar and activity facilities and the hostel is only a 5 minute walk to Pai’s walking street, making it the perfect central location. The staff were very friendly and helpful with booking tours. Would recommend the Bodega to anyone for your stay in Pai!!

Really great location very walkable and close to the night market. They have the pieces to make it a party, a bar, music playing each night, fun lights but when I was there everyone was pretty mellow. I think it really depends on the people. Room was air conditioned and beds were pretty comfy.

There are no curtains or anything around the beds, if you are looking for privacy this is not it. Pretty clean but not spotless.

Cool staff, good drinks and fun times.

Bathroom was dirty and I needed my own padlock for the locker. Bed was hard but that seems to be common in Thailand

the four bed dorms were really nice and comfortable, the common area was huge and always had people to chat to there :) they also have food you can order which is really good! there’s no curtains for the beds but the when the window curtains are drawn it’s really dark. the staff were amazing, I don’t remember peoples names but the girl with the really short hair and tie dye pants was lovely along with the Thai guy and Thai guy, really helpful and kind!

the only thing I didn’t like was the bathrooms being wet all the time but it wasn’t too much of a problem for me

I had such an amazing time at this hostel. The staff are such lovely people and very accommodating. They are always available to help, Jetsi, Chai and Eugene really made me feel very welcome. The property is really big and it has a really nice river that you can go to. The location is perfect, just a minute or two away from walking street which is exactly where you want to be. The dorms are really clean and there is a bathroom inside the room. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The staff was incredible. Big shout out to Joe, Eugene, and Jet for making the whole experience incredible. The location is right on the river AND a 3 minute walk from the walking street and 7-11. Close enough to get there effortlessly after a nice long night of Pai... fun.

Our bathroom was broken the whole time, but we got a discount for that and the staff was very apolagetic.

I stayed there for two weeks, and I wish I spent more time. The staff is amazing and joe is the man don’t forget that. Eugene, and Jet were also amazing. The Bodega location is beautiful, located right along the river a few hundred meters away from walking street. If you are looking for a social hostile in a peaceful environment then Bodega is definitely your place.
