Lovely rooms, really clean and comfortable. Staff were really responsive and even gave us a bag of gifts as we experienced some problems with noise from other guests (not the properties fault), they did all they could to resolve this matter. Great location, a 10 min walk from the main centre. Thank you so much ☺️

We arrived before the check-in time and were warmly welcomed, with flexibility to enter earlier than agreed. The room was spacious and had a good natural light, with towels and slippers available. There was also a TV, refrigerator, kettle, bottled water, teabag and instant coffee. We requested cleaning during our seven-day stay, and it was promptly attended to. They also offered us new towels and toilet paper. The bed sheets was delightful and extremely soft. We highly recommend this place.

The air conditioning was a bit noisy, so we chose to sleep with it turned off. And the bed was quite firm, however, we understand that this is a cultural aspect and very common in accommodations in Thailand.

The receptionist was super friendly and welcoming. The room had a huge bed so my daughter was able to sleep with me (her hostel cancelled her booking last minute). Everything was clean and breakfast was adequate. It is a 10 min walk from ‘walking street’

Where our room was situated there were people passing nearby and the staff house was behind so they were up early and I am a light sleeper. The walls were a little thin which meant we could hear our noisy neighbours but this is not the hotels fault and I would definitely go back there (in fact I intend to) and will book a room across the courtyard and out of the way.

I extended my stay multiple times here. Its clean! Bed is comfortable. Location is 7-8 mins walk to walking street. There is a yard for fresh air. Parking inside. Owner is super cool. Owner also allowed me to change my dates and arrive 1 day earlier without a problem. There is a good all you can eat restaurant 200m down the road from the hotel.

The owner should include a noise policy and quiet hours and put up a couple of signs, like other places so it discourages parties or loud social gatherings outside. Door could use a better lock. Place is good, book with confidence.

Loved our stay here. Really chilled and relaxed. Left you water, toilet roll and a big bag every day even if you didn’t want your room cleaning. Would stay again. We extended our stay multiple times and there were no issues at reception.

There was no electricity between 9-4 the day after we arrived due to some electricity board maintenance. Not their fault but a bit annoying.

Great location just a 5 min walk onto the main strip. The bed was super comfortable with incredible bedding felt like home. The bathroom was clean and decent power shower with warm water. Staff really kind and we got two glass bottles of water each day was so refreshing to have the in the fridge after a hot day in the sun. Been away for 6 months easily up there with one of the best places we stayed.

Nothing much to not like, it’s cheaper to rent a scooter in town than at the hotel.

The bed is one of the comfiest I have stayed in in my time in south east Asia. the staff are friendly and helpful. the room is clean and location is great. not far out of town at all.

The gaps in the window in the bathroom & and the gaps in the doors let the ants and mosquitoes in every night. would be great if the gaps were filled so this didn’t happen.

Comfiest bed ever! This was a gorgeous property, 5 minute walk to walking street but far enough away to be quiet. Private parking for motorcycles and scooters. Nice courtyard area outside of rooms. Room was big, huge bed, very clean. Lots of lighting and good AC. Convenient spot for laundry across the street.

The only thing I'd have to say is that the mattresses are really hard.

Very comfortable beds and very close distance to the center of town without being so close as to lose sleep over the noise volume! The staff were very supportive as well, always supplying water and toilet paper when needed.
