We had a fantastic stay at Yoma Hotel in Pai. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with beautiful views of the mountains and pool. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Every morning, the breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious, with plenty of choices for everyone. The pool is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Pai and its surroundings. The location is ideal: peaceful and quiet, yet still close to the town center, restaurants, and night market. We highly recommend Yoma Hotel and would absolutely stay here again!

The hotel boasts a stunning setting reminiscent of ‘Out of Africa’, with its own park overlooking fields, forests, and mountains, despite being in Thailand. The backdrop is truly cinematic. The architecture is modern yet exudes warmth and coziness.

While the hotel offers a delightful breakfast buffet, the lack of an on-site restaurant or cafeteria was a drawback, especially given the limited dining options nearby. Though they provide a shuttle service to the center of Pai, its availability wasn’t always immediate, prompting us to resort to ordering from Foodpanda.

The staff here are incredibly kind and always eager to help. While the location is about a five-minute drive from the center, we actually loved being a bit removed from the hustle and bustle. Plus, the hotel offers free shuttle services almost all day until 10 PM, which is very convenient. The views from the hotel are absolutely insane – truly the main highlight! The pool overlooks this amazing scenery and is very well-maintained and pleasant to relax by

Just one point for improvement: the villa rooms lack a blackout curtain, so you have to choose between natural light and privacy. Overall, it was an excellent stay for a couple, and we highly recommend it!

Yoma Hotel was the perfect ten, probably our favourite hotel to date. The staff were always so friendly, our room was outstanding - spacious with a comfortable bed, desk, chair, tv. Great bathroom with toiletries. Beautiful balcony with sunbeds and a drying rack - everything had been thought of. The swimming pool was fabulous, beautiful gardens, the view from our room was stunning - of the Pai countryside and hills. We awoke to the sunrise every day. Breakfast was delicious - everyone was catered for, cooked breakfast, juice, coffee, fruit, yoghurt, muesli, cereal, bread, croissants, cake. Nothing was too much trouble. They provide a free shuttle into town - although it is only a short walk. A wondertul hotel, we hope very much to stay again.

We stayed only for one night because we were traveling through northern Thailand by car. Hotel has good parking for cars. It's well kept inside and outside. Has shuttle to walking street and back to hotel, despite being only around 1 kilometer away. Staff is great.

Breakfast. Both of us hardly find anything to eat. Most things were strange, rice were full of fish sauce, eggs weren't sunny they were undercooked. Many product places were empty and ladies wasn't rushing to fill those plates. Also keep in mind that breakfast place is outside and in early mornings it is cold. So you'll need at least jacket to feel comfortable.

We loved everything about this hotel: the view was incredible, especially at sunrise, the pool was great and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed staying slightly away from the main area as it was so peaceful, but we were still close by- it's walkable but we made use of both the shuttle service and the free bicycles offered by the hotel. Overall the price was extremely reasonable and well worth it! We ended up staying an extra night and plan to stay here again when we revisit Pai.

The rooms are spacious and have a beautiful view. The location is outside the center but the hotel offers a shuttle service to the center, which is great. The breakfast is good! Enough options for everyone and you have a beautiful view when enjoying breakfast

The hotel is not secured properly. Everyone from outside can come to the property. A lot of people came from other hotels to this hotel to use the pool. This is not acceptable as people who are staying in this hotel and pay for it, do not have the possibility to make use of the pool as it is to busy with people from outside the hotel. The staff see it but does not do anything about it.

It's the staff, they are amazing! The location is perfect, close to town but quiet. The breakfast is delicious, everything from my favorite Thai breakfasts to western food (why anyone would go all the way to Pai to have western food is a mystery to me!) The rooms are very comfortable and the beds are very un-Thai like in that they are very comfortable (Thai people seem to like their beds very hard so these are especially nice. On the rare morning when the mist parts and you can see the sunrise there is no more beautiful place on earth. The guests are from all over the world so if you want to meet diverse people this is the place. I almost hate to rave about this place because I would like to keep it my secret but it's really amazing!

The view was unreal! The pool along with the view, was beautiful! A fantastic spot to feel at one with the nature of Chang mai but not too far out from walking street! The hotel shuttle to walking street was great too. Whenever you needed a lift, just head down to reception or WhatsApp them whilst out - they would always be there in less than 5 mins!

The hotel has no bar or place to get a drink from. You weren’t able to buy water or other types of drink from reception.

Beautiful hotel with a great view. Would stay here again without a doubt. They also provide a free shuttle bus into the main road of Pai until 10 PM which was incredibly useful. However the walk to the Main Street was only 10 minutes without the shuttle. The pool view was incredible and the rooms very comfortable. Highly recommend it if you’re coming to Pai and want to stay abit farther out from all the commotion.
