Lovely staff, you have to pay in cash and they didn’t pressure you to go and get the cash out right away you could check in and everything first We had a beautiful room next to the river and after three days we wanted to stay longer but had to change room this room was a bit dark but still really nice

The breakfast was a bit awkward one day it’s a cooked and the next you just make some toast

We stayed at the guesthouse in December and it felt like a home away from home! The owners have really done a nice job in turning the place into a very welcoming and relaxing place. Marcel has been extremely helpful with advising us on things to do in and around the city and has helped us so much with arranging everything for these trips too. Also we owe him a big thank you for being so kind and patient with our 2 and 4 year old son and daughter, who absolutely adored him!

Beautiful traditional wooden building, gorgeous well looked after gardens and in a fantastic location. We only stayed here for one night as we needed somewhere last minute. After arriving we wished that we had spent a few more nights here as it was just beautiful.

We booked a deluxe double room and on arrival were told we had to have twin beds. Upon reflection I should have asked for a discounted rate, but it didn't really matter because the beds were comfortable and the room was very nice. We loved the terrace.

Nice timber structures, a little old be in the right way. Big open room nice timber floors and big windows. Located on the river. Morning breakfast is nice.

There is a choice of cooked breakfast to suit eastern and western taste. The hotel is located by the Pai River and guests can relax by it. The hotel has a rustic charm. This is our second 2-day stay at this hotel in twelve months.

The hotel wi-fi is not good.

Absolutely beautiful old Thai style property. Our beautiful cottage room on the river front was a very big size which suited us 2 adults and 1 baby. I’ve never seen such a big bathroom in a hotel before! Very short walking distance from walking street but located on a quiet road. Very friendly and helpful staff, very attentive and offered to drive us to the bus station upon our checkout.

the pillows are too hard for my liking and the bathroom light is so dark. small issues but overall a great little hotel.

Great location in the heart of Pai right on the river. Room and bathroom were very spacious. The staff were accommodating and provided recommendations for what we should do while visiting Pia. The grounds of the hotel were also very well maintained.

The room did look a little aged and the ceiling in the bathroom had some damage, but otherwise everything was clean and well thought out. Overall, would stay here again, especially for the location,

Amazing location. Great rooms, right by the river. Good air con, showers and comfy beds. Close enough to walk everywhere but far enough to get some peace. Pook was so halpful. A friend had a scooter accident and he collected her from the hospital and took her back EVERY DAY to have her wounds cleaned. Refused any money. What a kind soul. We'd be stuck without him.
