I arrived at PaiApartHotel after a gruesome but beautiful motorcycle trip from Chiang Mai, soaking wet from the rain. At the reception I was met by the very kind and helpful owner, who gave me some useful tips about where to go by bike and where to have breakfast. The girls at the reception were also very kind ad sweet. The room I stayed in during my three days in Pai was very spacious, had a little kitchen and a little terrace with seats and a table overviewing both the mountains and the motel's pool. The bed was very comfortable, so was the bathroom which had a large shower. Every day I received a new bottle of water, toilet paper and coffee. Another plus of the Hotel is that it's positioned in a quiet area at a walking distance from the rowdy city center. Definitely one of the best places I stayed during my trip in Thailand.

PaiApartHotel has to be the gem of Pai. If i had stayed longer i would would have fallen well into the Eye of Pai and i can safely say this is the best place to do this. This was the last place i stayed on my 2 months of travelling around SE Asia and i can safely say this was the best place i stayed. It was certainly the cleanest and best kept property, together with a super comfy bed and a large spacious room / bathroom / kitchen. I stayed in one of the appartments and was surprised to find that it was fully equipted for what i wanted. Korn the host takes pride in offering his guests the best. He is also an excellent host, has his finger in Pai so to speak and is happy to arrange anything for his guests. I only mentioned that i would rent a sccoter, immediately he offered to take me to the hire shop, obviously at the best rate as well and he stayed with me through the process and followed me back to ensure that i was safe. The location is just 10 mins to the walking street so its a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle. There are plenty of amenities within a few hundred metres, such as places to eat and drink and a small store that stays open until very late. Its a really lovely and friendly area with an open market in the week. There is a great place just a few steps away that does the most amazing mango and passion fruit smoothies. I can only praise PaiApartHotel is just the best place to chill out at and with great pool to cool down in as well. The whole place is immaculately kept and with many little extras that Korn or the staff provide. I just wish i could have stayed longer. I can only commend Korn and his staff on a great place to stay and highly recommend PaiApartHotel as just the best.

Nice studio rooms with comfortable bed. The balcony was a good size.

One of the staff members was not friendly at all throughout the stay and came across quite rude. We read reviews before staying here which said that people had amenities left outside there room everyday which included water. We felt we had to prompt the staff and ask for this throughout our stay which was no issue but would have been nice if they did it without being prompted. The shower was only just warm throughout our stay also.

The owners were amazing and were so helpful and accommodating, always stopped for a chat with everyone who came in and out of the hotel! They provided information on different trips and activities to do and booked them for you! Hotel was on a quiet road around a 10-15 min walk from the walking street… room was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay, also included kitchen facilities which is perfect for long stays… water, toilet roll, toiletries etc were replenished everyday! Really well maintained hotel and perfect for your stay in pai!

Wasn’t an issue for us, but the pool closed at 5pm everyday as staff finished up for the day but the sun is gone by that stage so no need to be at the pool! Thanks for an amazing stay!!

I really liked the manager; she was very helpful and honest. During my one-night stay, there was an issue with a strong smell in the bathroom, which gave me a headache. She immediately arranged for me to stay at another hotel and only charged me for one night. She promised I would receive credit for the remaining nights. She was very kind and assisted me a lot by finding the new hotel, where I stayed for an additional three nights at my own expense. I’m looking forward to receiving my credit. Thank you!

Super friendly staff, nice indoor pool, great facilities including a kitchen with utensils. Good security which doesn't allow non-residents access after 5pm. Nice balcony with table & chairs to chill out on. Looks small from the outside but the rooms are huge!

A bit far off the main town area, about a 1.5km walk along the road that's dimly lit at night. Rent a scooter or hire a taxi. As stated, no proper parking available. Tip: DON'T drive into town, most roads are closed in the evening because of the vast walking-street area, which is a MUST visit.

Room: really spacious and clean, comfy bed, handy having a kitchen although no sharp knife, oil or salt were provided which was a bit annoying. Location: really good - about a 7 min walk from the main action but this means you're not in amongst a load of noise and drunk westerners. Pool: didn't use it as it closed at 5 but it looked nice! Staff: friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Only rating this a 9 because the only way to have a hot shower was to turn the water pressure right down. The owner did warn me about this but it meant I couldn't wash my hair. Other negative is that the pool shuts at 5 which is quite early in my opinion.

The shower is not great, but i was fine with it, we are not in a big city! And my rooms had a strong cleaning scent that gave me a bit of allergies, i recommend using some less strong products:)

Location was good and close to the city centre without being in the noisy part of town. With a motorbike it was easy to get everywhere from the hotel and there were also some good cafes as well as a Wednesday food market close by. Room was spacious with a good, soft bed and a nice balcony and view of the mountains.

Rooms weren't very soundproof so if the neighboors were noisy at night, we could hear it. We could also clearly hear aircondition from the other rooms as well as when someone turned on the ventilation in the bathroom late at night. One of the reasons we booked was because it said 'no children' here on booking.com, but there were several families with small children staying which was a bit annoying.

Very comfortable and spacious little studio flat. The beds were the most comfortable we've had in Thailand (even compared to other places with "soft" beds). Bathroom and shower were excellent as well. The internet was impeccable, just as good as co-working places specifically designed for digital nomads. The pool was a wonderful bonus and the daily baskets with water, drinks, and tp meant we were always fully stocked. It was an easy walk into the main part of town while being nice and quiet. There was also reliable laundry, good restaurants, and even the secondary studio of a good yoga place right there as well. All of this would have made it exceptional but the lovely lady running the place made this arguably the best place we've stayed while traveling here. Can't recommend this enough and will happily go back next time I'm in Pai.

If the pool could be swam in until 8:00 or so for an evening dip that'd be great. But that's just asking for the cherry on top of perfection. There isn't much space to park a car on the property, but there is parking just down the street with plenty of space
