Rooms where spacious, clean and the staff did everything they could to help you. The location is a little bit out of the city centre (10min walk at most). But we liked it better. Across the hotel is a bar (where you here nothing from in your room) with good music and drinks. Pool is nice and water is also clean. But I just can't express how lovely the staff is and how much they are willing to help. Great stay!

At evening there ar some bugs (which is normal for Thailand and mountain climate). The doors have a little gap at the bottom so some bugs get in. We fixed it with an anti insect spray at the door. Nothing major and an easy fixs and the only minor downside if I have to mention something.

Its a brand new hotel so the rooms were spotless. The pool is a real sun catch and it's about 10 minutes from the main town. The route into the bars and restaurants has shops, cafes laundrettes sk it's well lit up and safe The staff are so helpful and pleasant. In the morning you have the option of getting your room cleaned and sheets changed or they leave bags of fresh towels, toilet paper and water outside your door. We were hesitant to book because it's new but really couldn't recommend this place enough. Very mellow definitely not a party spot. Breakfast is simple enough but they have a coffee machine which is a lovely touch.

Clean, rooms a very good size, a good working shower. The staff couldn't do enough for me, transfer to the bus station for free but of course please at least tip!

I liked basically everything, everything is clean and new and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Great location! Loved the bed it was so comfy and the room was spotless! Free water, toilet paper and towels every day which was nice! Balcony was lovely, especially as ours got last sun of the day! Not too many mosquitos so felt really nice to sit outside on! Free breakfast was delicious! So many options and different each day. As many helpings as we liked and plenty of hot/cold drinks too! Would 100% stay here again! Great price too!

Honestly not much, only a few minor things that are not deal breakers for us. The pool was stunning, however our only complaint about it was that there wasn’t much seating around the outside - only two sun loungers for the whole hotel and a range of metal chairs which wasn’t ideal as they were often taken. Shape of building means that sun and lounging areas don’t receive that much sun throughout day, this wasn’t a problem for us but for those looking for a pool holiday, this would probably be a disappointment. We also loved the modern bathroom and water pressure, however hand held shower head fell out of socket frequently as wasn’t in the right fitting. Not sure if this was a temporary fitting.

The pool was lovely. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was nice. The room was big and spacious.

Shower flooded a little bit and drains smelly but that’s a recurring theme across Thailand.

New established hotel. Great size rooms, good aircon, TV, fridge, balcony, comfortable beds. They offer shampoo etc, bathroom is quite tiny and could be improved with the finishing touches. About 10 mins walk to night market. Quiet. Decent swimming pool. Breakfast was okay, could offer better juice. Good value at the current price May 23.

Very nice and clean. Nice simple breakfast. The guy who helped with the luggage even washed the car in the morning. 5min walk into the main areas for restaurants 10min walk to night Market

A little noisy can here people closing doors and talking but overall not to bad.

The hotel is a bit more expensive then others in the area yet is a good value for the price. The room is big and nice and the bed comfy. The bathroom basic but clean. The breakfast basic but good. The location is a bit quieter because it is further from the walking street.

The location is a bit far from the walking street - not bad but important to know. The water pressure in the shower was a bit too low. I did have hot water but a weakish stream - you can have an ok shower with this.

All The staff were very attentive and friendly. They really did a great job! The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good too. I would definitely stay here again when I go back to Pai 😃
