Lovely property and a perfect location for walking street without being on top of it. Not a party setting so perfect for couples who want the life and soul of walking street but the peace and quiet at the end of the day. Nice pool to cool down in and really lovely staff. Would not hesitate to book again.

Accommodation and pool area were very clean, the area was really quiet and WiFi worked fantastically. Location made the hotel really nice and quiet but was down a dark, narrow alley (there were street lights, which made us feel safe). And was also home to a number of cats whom we adored! Not many other bungalows, so felt like a community with other guests who we got to know well in our short stay.

No bar/restaurant area which became a problem when one of us fell ill as it was always a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest shop. Some rooms had a gap between the door and frame, we had concerns about mosquitos because of this but with effective bug spray we had no issues!

Everything as usual especially the outstanding service and friendliness of the Manager of the resort who runs everything. The owner seems to be busy talking to herself most of the time, and confining herself in a strange cottage.

1. The room needs a wardrobe badly 2. The beds in some rooms are super hard. Gives backache 3. The owner's small dog runs around pooping here and there. Agreed it is a small dog but the owner shouldn't be allowing the resort to become the dogs toilet. 4. Good to have a back-up generator or solar powered equipment 5. Please put the rules of the house legibly in a laminated format in every single room, and also common areas so that visitors know what to do and what not to do.

The room is an independent building and has a whole wall with floor-to-ceiling windows. The lighting is very good. There are outdoor seats and tables outside the room. The softness of the bed is suitable for me. The public space has a small swimming pool and lounge chairs, surrounded by grass and trees.

There is a bar in the pavilion next to the pool but it is unused. Although the hostess said that I can freely use the food in the refrigerator, some of the food has expired, and the toaster and other tableware are not kept clean and dust-proof and insect-proof. It is better to leave and remove the bar to make the pavilion more spacious.

This place is perfect! We were so close to all the restaurants and bars but just a short alley away from it all to have your own little safe-heaven. The staff were very attentive and chill. The pool area was great!

The location is just behind the school so by mid afternoon students were in band class, which the sound was comically annoying. Totally out of control from the staff, so maybe plan to be away at that time.

Beautiful property off the beaten track but still 5-10 minute walk to restaurants and bars. It was very peaceful and the gardens and pool area were lovely. The king bungalows were very spacious for two people and well equipped. Each room has a table and chairs on the porch outside as well a hammock. The staff were not around much but still attentive with providing extra water and other amenities. Overall an excellent stay and would definitely stay here again.

The only tiny thing is there could be a few more sun loungers around the pool. There were only a couple that had leather cushioning which got very hot in the sun! But only a small thing for if you want to sunbathe by the pool :)

Location is perfect - 5 mins walk from the centre, but set away from the main road so it is incredibly quiet, aside from the birds. It's a fairly simple place to stay - everything you would need in a chalet - space, good AC, small fridge, a pool and plenty of trees/shade over the properties. Each chalet has a sitting area which we used every morning and evening to just chill. Great value for money.

The common area outside could do with a bit of a tidy up, but it was not an issue.

Everything. Especially the fact that it is good quality stay at a very honest price. Very serene indeed, and very cozy. The staff are absolutely lovely and helpful!

1. The noise of the school next door (the weekend we stayed was really noisy thanks to some sports event in the school, with a lady yelling away at the top of her lungs via a loudspeaker) 2. White backpacker lads smoking weed and making noise next to the swimming pool.

Great location! In the centre but on a side street so is very quiet at night. The rooms are like little individual bungalows so are massive! The bed was huge. Everything clean. The host was also helpful. The swimming pool area looked good although could use a few more sun loungers.

There was no safety deposit box in the room. The shower was also temperamental, and wouldn't give out hot water, just warm.

Nice little bungalow, comfortable bed, good shower, a little fridge, and good WiFi. Staff were really kind. Replenished water and offered to clean my room every day, and provided laundry service on site, which was very convenient. Location is great. Down a quiet side road with no traffic but only 5 minutes walk to Pai main street. Plenty of space to park your rental scooter. Garden and pool area were really nice to chill during the day **

** Not in any way the property's fault, but there was an almost constant racket from the nearby school, every day including weekends. Live music, drums and badly amplified PA from early morning until about 6pm. Ended up reading by the pool with noise cancelling earphones in.
