Breakfast was excellent as always! Nice quiet location with pool outside our Villa!

Pool wasn’t vacuumed at all while we were there. Lots of dirt on the bottom of the pool. A fellow came and skimmed leaves off the pool and from in it but no one vacuumed it.

The rooms were recently renovated, clean, comfortable, and spacious. Great for family with kids and elderly. This beachfront hotel offer lots of gardens and the swimming pools are also recently renovated. The room is well decorated, simple yet soothing. The staff were very kind and provide exceptional service. Breakfast was outstanding with huge variety of dishes to choose from and the signature fish porridge alone is worth coming back for. Hard to beat quality at this price point.

I had a garden pool villa which is located across the road from the main hotel , nice quiet location with pools snaking through the villas. 5 minute walk to the beach.

Breakfast wasn’t great for the price paid , no bacon , no baked beans etc , mainly noodles and eastern dishes on offer. Fruit selection wasn’t great , x2 different melons and some pineapple sliced , expected more fruit variety considering it’s Thailand. Coffee was good.

Great value for money. Clean spacious room. Friendly staff. Reasonable breakfast. Quiet area and perfect for a chilled stay. Multiple pools. We were really impressed with the stay there overall and negatives are minor.

Location is out of the way but that's a positive too. WiFi weak in the room so we used 4g. Shower temperature changes fast and gets extremely hot (go cold only with children).

Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely looking leisure facitilties.

Facilities getting tired - cracked or missing tiles, broken lights etc. Water heater for the shower didn't work. Breakfast - not enough tables for the guests and no queuing system to help guests find a free table during busy periods.

Extended my stay right away :) The breakfast area is new, pool is new. The atmosphere is really relaxing. Will move to their newer room tonight. Beach club next door is nice vibes. Dont need to leave the hotel

Some rooms are renovated - you have to choose the new ones. Ask the receptionist which room is their new room. It's much better

Room is spacious, a bit old but value for money. As long as it's clean, it's fine. Many pools option, not crowded Beach is great place for kids. The water level is shallow enough and more space to play

Hard to control shower temp. Quite a distance from room to the beach but still walkable Not many staff, at first I couldn't find where to check in The best view pool at Beachfront was full of smoker, not designed for kid

I'm impressed with how well they maintain the resort given the space. The is resort located on private beach so you can enjoy the beach anytime. There are 4 pools and lots of gardens which give you relax atmosphere. There is Alexa beach club near by and hotel guest gets 10% off food. Otherwise, there is lots of restaurants along the beach (but no discount). We paid the same amount we would have to pay to stay in building hotels in Pattaya far away from the beach. We are happy with our stay.

Some furniture in the rooms are scratch but overall its clean.

The main pool area had constant extra loud booming music from 1200 until 2200 here’s Friday to Monday. However, we stayed in a villa that was located away from the main hotel. when busy difficult getting a bed to lay on as most had ‘reserved’ towels on them. Eventually we removed some towels and used the beds. 3 hours later a person remonstrated loudly with us for pinching his beds. Fortunately we could not understand him as he was Russian.

We had a pool villa and it was fabulous, huge room cleaned everyday

There was no bar or restaurant at the hotel apart from the beach club that closed at 8pm during the week and the food there was average
