Poor communication. We try to arrange a shuttle from the airport the week before arriving. We sent them four messages and they never responded.

This is a best kept secret! The entire hotel is beautiful! The breakfast is excellent with many variations!! Seating! As if in a garden! There was two beautiful pools looking off into the sea! Cleanliness was top level! The staff was very nice, helpful and polite! Mr. Wan was excellent!!! I stayed in room 719 during my stay and my cleaning lady kept my room clean and anything I needed she made sure I had it. Less than 60 m from the beach! This hotel sit back in the cut but it’s is beautiful. It has an Asian or Japanese vibe to it. Everything was top tier and I will stay here again. If you love taking picture it has areas with beautiful scenery! Thank you for making me feel at home! I lived Baysphere!

Television are outdated! Need to update to TVs that apps are able to connect such as Netflix, Viki etc.

The room - is small without a closet and storage spaces, illogical. Breakfast is served on the 1st and 8th floors according to the room rate. As someone already wrote here, it's illogical, but the higher price with the deluxe room has breakfast on the 8th floor and has less variety of food than the normal room on the 1st floor, which makes no sense. Yes, I certainly wasn't hungry, but every time I went to the sea in the morning I was salivating around the food on the 1st floor. Location - bad, about 600 m to the main road. It's about 8 km to Pattaya, traffic is bad, taxis are overpriced, you can't get back from Pattaya.

The hotel in general. In a very quiet location, pretty, minimalist architecture. Nice rooftop pool, albeit a little small. Comfortable rooms, very nice bathrooms. Quality build. In general a nice hotel for a getaway. Excellent breakfast!

Beach is horrible (very dirty water, jagged stones, they cut your feet), so if you choose this hotel for beach access, skip it. Skip Pattaya in general if you want the beach. Room cleanliness - several times we had to ask for our room to be made up, one day they missed the clean up altogether (for a 5 star hotel, quite unacceptable) Hotel cafe where they sell baked goods accepts only cash. Absolutely nonsensical.

A lovely boutique hotel on a quiet beach. The Lunar executive breakfast on the 8th floor (included with the executive ocean room rate) is excellent. You are treated like a VIP at this "Lunar" restaurant. My favourite dishes are Huevos rancheros tostada, briole french toast, marshmallow croffle as well as chocolate lava cake. Hotel staff are friendly and the facilities look new. The sea view from the jacuzzi on the top floor and from our balcony on the 6th floor is beautiful.

Hotel was very nicely laid out, and the pool design was cute but small. Breakfast is a massive affair but also very good. Beach access with a great pool bar, lots of shade and plenty of places to sit. We ordered room service one night and it came promptly. We booked the executive room with a tub on the balcony. Downside to that is that the balcony is tiny. We had access to the eighth floor lounge for breakfast as part of our stay so we did that on our second morning....it was lovely, quiet with great views and bubbly 🥂

Our room was very small and narrow. Balcony was very narrow and cramped. Breakfast very busy.

This is a nice hotel with friendly staff, the breakfast buffet is great, the rooftop pool nice and the views too, close to KBA kitesurfing center, super comfy bed

Our room was small and the bathroom rather oddly designed for the 120$ per night price. For that money you can get a much better hotel room elsewhere. I would recommend taking the cheapest option, same size, almost the same design, just without the sea views and balcony bathtub and at a fraction of the price, around 45$

Booked 2 rooms for my family. One room had a leaky air con but the staff were super nice about it and offered us an executive breakfast in return. The pool was nice but small. The jacuzzis were only on for a few hours in the day and only one of them worked I think. Our upgraded executive breakfast was fantastic. The rooms in general are a little small but we managed fine. The hotel is in a quiet area of Pattaya. More out of the way but close to the beach which is what we wanted

Even though we were the only guests at the beach (2pm) an employee refused turning down the music saying that’s the standard volume… (every day same set list being played very loudly). Impossible to read a book or just chill enjoying wave sounds. Other cons: Not enough sun beds, dirty pillows at the beach on loungers and old sun beds without mattresses.

The swimming pool has a very nice view of sunset. The beach in the morning was clean and easy to walk. The staffs were polite and welcoming. Gym machines were new and clean.

I wanted to sip some cocktails around 20:00h so I went up on the rooftop terrace but there was nobody. There were some family playing in the swimming pool but there were no staffs though I was waiting around half an hour. The breakfast was so-so and there was not enough space to sit if you arrive late.
