Staff are amazing! They come and ask if we want to clean the room or refill our mini bar every day and the hotel give every guest a Christmas gift! And air conditioning is good, we stayed here for 6days we loved the room we had a private pool and very private, close to the beach and quiet!

The water quality (shower) is not as good as I expected, but I think this happens to all Thailand hotels maybe because they use filtered sea water? So not really the hotels fault! I tried their restaurant, I don’t really recommend them, free breakfast and snack are good though. Also during our stay we heard some thing in the ceiling but not sure what was that, sounds like something was tapping our air conditioner, thankfully it only happened once

Swimming pool is located between building without sun access ,if you sun lover this might be an issue .There is direct access to small beach

\Breakfast was the best one I've had in 4-5 starts hotels, it offered choices for everyone in the family from 1 yr to 65 yr old, they all compliemented it. The staffs were very nice, smiling and friendly. Bed was very confortable.

Pool bar and pool area was small. The cafe and drinks were very pricey for the place like this. Cocktail at the rooftop bar were expensive and didn't taste that great, ones at the beach bar were tastier.

We were there for 10 days and it felt like home. Big, comfortable and clean room. Very comfy bed and pillows. Loved that the entire balcony wall was glass. Breakfast had anything and everything you could possibly want. Both restaurants had big selection of delicious food. And on the weekends Squid &co. has Mookrata sets. The rooftop bar has great cocktails and an amazing view. And the cafe at reception sustained my Thai Tea addiction! The staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I was late in deciding to want to try the spa and couldn’t get an opening before we had to leave. Will definitely be visiting again next time I’m in Thailand!

I recently stayed at Ana Anan and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options (Asian and Continental). The room was incredibly spacious and clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The beds were comfortable and provided a restful night's rest. Perhaps the best part of my stay was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Thanks to their excellent service, I left the hotel feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The first day of our arrival coincided with a company retreat featuring numerous children who were quite noisy and occupied the restaurant. This made for an unpleasant initial experience. However, following our complaint, the hotel promptly relocated us to a quieter area, providing significantly more privacy. It seems that the hotel offers such company retreats during the off-season, a detail that potential guests should consider before making a reservation. In our opinion, the hotel should either cater exclusively to adults or position itself as a family-friendly establishment. For couples seeking a tranquil getaway, the presence of so many screaming children can be disruptive and less than ideal.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. The overall experience was phenomenal from checking in to checking out. We stayed at the villa with a private pool. The unit was very comfortable and private. The hotel provides all the necessary amenities for a comfortable vacation from all basic hygiene items and robes to complimentary in-room breakfast and afternoon tea. The onsite restaurants were phenomenal with each one offering different menus. The Over The Moon rooftop restaurant is a must. We truly enjoyed the experience. The beachfront restaurant, Under The Sun, offers amazing Western and Thai dishes. All the staff members were very customer-oriented and pleasant. Everyone would take a moment to ensure your vacation is the best it could be. The beach is very nice and private. The pools were very clean and The hotel had a lot of guests during our stay; however, it did not feel crowded. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for an excellent beach vacation in Pattaya.

The check in experience was smooth. In room facilities such as mini bar, bathrobes, pair of slippers to visit the beach, room had view of the ocean, comfortable beds and clean room. In room dining had great options. Breakfast spread was amazing. Access to the private beach and various restaurants onsite made it enjoyable.

We were tourists, and felt that the resort could have informed us about the Loy Krathong festival so we could have gotten a chance to participate and experience Thai celebrations and get to learn more about their annual rituals. Of course, if it's something that's specific to locals we wouldn't want to impose, but some information about it would have made us feel more included.

I like a lot extremaly helpful hotel staff, especially Aom (Phitchayaphon) at reception. She helped us a lot to resolve our issues not relating to the hotel (we had an issue with delivery of one of our expensive purchase by the local company). We came to Aom every day and she helped us, she did much more than usually expected from hotel personnel. it was so nice and we are very thankful. As far as room and hotel itself it's concerned, they are nice. Room was spacy, clean and very comfortable.

A bit dirty sea, so we had to prefer swimming pool.

Buffet dinner is perfect, really recommend. Swimming pool is good and the hotel has a private beach. Family room is big and comfortable. I’m so happy to stay here.

This hotel is in a quiet part of Pattaya which is what I like. And it’s right on the beach. This is the second year running that I e stayed at this hotel. It’s not for people looking for lots of nightlife. But you can easily get a cab if that’s what you want and cabs are cheap. They have two gym classes each day and a gym with machines. The staff are wonderful. I was here for four weeks and have had such a relaxing time.

The only complaint I would have is that there’s no cable tv.
