Breakfast buffet has many food options for any taste. Pools are spacious and clean, beach side as well.

Wi-fi connection is (sometimes and in some spots) unstable, if you plan to work from here - better don’t or bring a backup.

The resort is beautiful and well maintained. The family room with bunk bed is very comfortable.

The resort does not have many entertainment facilities. The beach sand is coarse and pebbly and no service if drinks or food on beach side. the main pool was closed for renovation and when I booked it was not informed to us. Our kids were vert disappointed. The resort WiFi is bad

The pools and seating area's were amazing. The Beach was extremely clean and the beach restaurant was also good. Very private and quiet. The gym was pretty good. The pool bar was great 👍 u

There wasn't much within walking distance of the hotel. For the cost of the hotel rooms, it seemed a bit excessive charging for the contents of the mini bar fridge at quadruple the cost. We usually get free bottles of water and more tea, coffee, creamer, ect, with a few biscuits when staying at hotels for half the price. It would have also been nice if the hotel managed the sun beds on the beach and had a hotel shop with there being no 7 elevens or anything nearby. Better play area's for kids with better facilities would have been nice. Improve the play area at the front of the hotel and create a play area near the beach.

The check-in process was smooth and didn't take so long. And the staff were friendly and polite. The breakfast was very good with a wide array of delicious food choices. Although the location was a bit far from the Pattaya City center, the place offers a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. You can stroll along the beach where there are Cafes and a few restaurants along the way.

The swimming pools don't open until 8:00 AM. Me and my friends wanted to take a dip at the pool early in the morning before we'd start our sightseeing at 9:00 AM. We were disappointed.

Shout out to front desk Manager Pao Pak (hopefully I got her name right) for making my check in seamless and early than usual as I traveled from abroad. She also sent a birthday cake to my room as I arrived on my birthday. Excellent customer care, indeed.

This is not a "don't like" but a wish. The resort can add more dining restaurants in the property than its existing three. I used them all and wished more option when there. They're all good restos I should add.

Beds, kid's facilities (indoor playroom, outdoor playground), beach, breakfast - these are all two thumbs up!

Small toddler's slide has an annoying bucket/fountain that splashes over you when you are on/close to it. We were with two 2-years olds who love slides, so I had to be there for their safety. And it was annoying to get a cold splash over my head every 30 seconds, while I didn't want to wet my hair. Very cold tiles in rooms. They could improve their pizza - to put less cheese at least. Very small elevator. All rest was good.

It was our third time here, so it says it all. It's very nice for kids as it has big offer: pools, slides, indoor playroom (they could improve it a bit and add few toys), small outdoor playground, beach. Breakfast is excellent. Staff very polite. And rooms have comfortable beds.

Their pools have too much chlorine. It burns the eyes.

It's a beautiful resort with large rooms and incredible gardens. The pool and the beach are well maintained and provide such a wonderful view! Breakfast is amazing! The location is very good, it's not in the bustling city, it is tranquil and suitable for a beach resort, but at the same time it's a short ride from the nightlife spots.

Beside hotel restaurants, there are not many restaurants nearby.

Great staff and very clean, with the addition of 7/11 at the front you don’t really need to leave for anything during the stay.

We booked two nights through Booking and an extra night directly at the property. The first room bathroom was missing all the amenities, toothbrush, shaver, etc. On the other hand the room booked directly at the hotel was fully stocked. No welcome drink for the second year in a row for Booking customers either.

When hotel is fully booked they split the breakfast in 2 groups. One in main restaurant (good selection, only No coffee machine available - not good). One group in beach side restaurant (very limited selection compared to main restaurant - not good). Swimming Pool is Super. Beach is OK but poluted with plastic.

The bets are too soft, low standard for a 5-Star resort
