The hotel offered a very comfortable stay, which was perfect for traveling with children. The room was thoughtfully arranged and cleaned meticulously. I appreciated the two breakfast options: the premium breakfast avoided queues and was flexible—allowing late arrivals—while the larger, more varied buffet on another floor provided great variety. This thoughtful design really enhanced our experience.

One thing that stood out is that the exceptional attention from the team at the beginning of our stay gradually faded towards the end. I would have appreciated it if the warm engagement had been maintained throughout our visit.

Location is a bit far from everything. I stayed in Na Jomtien many times, so I thought I know the area. But although this is Na Jomtien, it's actually on the far side... about 6 kilometer from Jomtien beach. It's not too bad, also part of the "magic of the place" to be in isolated resort. But just for you to know.

The infrastructure and the people are amazing.

The location, is quite far from any place for shopping, if the hotel supplies a shuttle service to a shopping area once a day would be helpful.

Beach front, big swimming pool & beautiful view from the room. Breakfast is great. Many things activities for adults & children to do. There is a fire show on weekend too.

All facilities are good, but they are located in different floors. You have to use / change lifts all the time. A bit wasting time waiting for lifts.

It is out of the city without taxi or shuttle no chance to explore , restaurant in the hotel a bit pricey

The grill restaurant is great, excellent food and good service. The wahyu steak was very good indeed.

We went to the executive club lounge to have business discussion, was surprised with many families with young children there. Executive lounge should be quiet and premium but the many children makes it like a playground. Too noisy for business n leisure.

Fantastic activities for the kids.

Late check in around 4pm for one of our rooms as it wasn't ready. Was however given a late check out but it wasted the afternoon for us. Lifts are always busy and full so very difficult to get anywhere. Took 10 min to get down to breakfast.

Everything and the staff was great!

The food.... Disappointing in quality, taste and price!! What a shame!!!
