Staff was great, really helpful and attentive, spoke good enough english and where very respectful, we booked a Private dinner on the beach after we stayed there for one night to escape the beach streets of Pattaya for one night.

Far away from the city, if your staying for a longer period and you are also looking to enjoy pattaya, its about a 25 min drive, still fine if your not in a hurry, and its fairly cheap if you take a grab taxi, about 4 euro to get to the city.

- the aesthetic and environment was peaceful and jungle like. Very sanctuary and calming. - its quiet and small (44 rooms) - the staff were all very attentive - the pool was big, with a wonderful open sunset view - the beach is easily accessible and seems to be cleaner than other beaches in nearby area. - 24 hours stay - the balcony is to die for!! Jacuzzi was a big plus!!

- its too hidden and there’s no shops - restaurants and all aren’t close, so you might have to dine in. - the shower comes in hot and cold tap, you need to be careful when using it. I suggest changing the shower system. - there’s no elevator so if you live in rooms with sea view then you’ll have to walk up and down the stairs

My partner and I stayed at this hotel that beautifully hosted the wedding of my dad and his partner. The hotel itself is stunning, the rooms are kept pristine and the gardens well maintained and simply beautiful. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, smiley and truly go above and beyond. Whether it’s a morning greeting or bringing over a fan while you enjoy a drink, the staff really did make our experience at U Pattaya one we won’t forget. By far the best place my partner and I have stayed, we look forward to staying again!

Very “instagram-friendly“ location, comfy villa, nice private beach, good food in the restaurant, friendly staff, local dishes for breakfast. Transfer to a variety of places is available for reasonable prices.

1. Hotel stuff has not notified us about the construction work happening on the premises. The construction noise literally ruined my spa session as it was too loud with non-stop banging sounds. 2. There‘s a risk of injury in the pool and on the main path throughout the venue. There are no caution signs so you could see people hitting themselves here and there from time to time. 3. When ordering a seafood plate from the restaurant to the room, we discovered a piece with an empty lobster/prawn shell at the bottom of the dish as if someone has already started eating it. 4. While the stuff is very friendly, the communication in english is somewhat limited.

All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always greeting us with warm smiles. A special shoutout to Khun Kan and the restaurant staff for their outstanding service and attentiveness. They consistently made sure we had everything we needed. The bed is large and comfortable.

Not having an elevator in this heat was a bit of a challenge.

It’s an amazing resort, the staff and the manager of the hotel is very friendly and helpful The breakfast is great and also the restaurant is really nice!

They need 3 times the amount of sunbeds next to the pool and at the beach and also much more umbrellas for the sun! Only 20 sunbeds available and this hotel have more then 80 guests! They’ve the space to organize it easily so it’s only a matter to order it and install it and it will be a huge difference!

It was a fantastic stay. The room was beautiful with a stunning view. The nature and greenery around made me fully disconnect from the busy life. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. Loved the pool as well.

The only downside was the beach, which had many dead fish, so couldn’t swim there.

good for relaxation and people who looking for quiet retreat. view from the pool is excellent. and soft boiled eggs are exactly that they should be.

we stayed ocean view room which have to look over bungalow roof that made from leaf, which are a lit worn out. make view from the room not that nice.

Pattaya was simply fantastic. I only sleep in 5 star hotels and this exceeded all my expectations. The staff was first class, super friendly, solution-oriented, pleasant, courteous, helpful. From reception to the waiter, everyone was great. The rooms were very nicely furnished. We will definitely come back. Thank you for everything.

Completely refreshed by surrounded in the nature. It was greatly relaxing in having breakfast and dinner at the sea side restaurant. The food was scrumptious! Staff were friendly! What’s more, the mobile app in this hotel was a great innovation for guests to use conveniently.

The flushing water in toilets (in both our room and public area) ran a bit slow.
