1)Hand towels is must,ifposs please keep in all bathrooms. 2)Ant issue in kitchen,need to do good pest control… 3)No hot water in upper room bathroom 4)Need to keep some more whisky and beer glasses 5)No soap bar for hand wash,which is very essential.. 6) kitchen cabinet drawers do check,some knobs were missing… This all you need to improvise

Great location. Nearby a lot of attractions, and outside the busy part of Pattaya city, which exactly what we wanted. The 3-bedroom villa was for a change an actual 3-bedroom villa that was very spacious with large and high to ceiling living room. Very large dining area, and bed rooms had in-room bathrooms of very good size. The pool was great for the kids

The water pump was pumping the water into the tank all the time. Almost if there was a leak. Knowing this because we had a similar problem at our home. There was a distinct smell coming out of the pipes, when entering the all the rooms.

Beautiful design

Not so clean. There were a lot of dirty stains on the walls, doors, the couch was old and had stains on the cushions. Slippers for indoor use were super old and nasty. Dishes and silverware were not enough. The house that we had, had no curtains on the front door, so no privacy with the see through glass door.

When i booked the villa i was expecting villa with pool within the villa but they told us we have to share with other villa the public one which was a long walk away plus villa was too far from Centre of Pattaya otherwise everything was good 👍

Receptionist couldn't speak english and she was not friendly at all.

Just as the pic .. a beautiful Mediterranean style villa .. right opposite aquaverse water park which is themed by compulsive pictures Ghost busters, Castle Transylvania.. just perfect getaway for a family
