The beds are comfy and relaxing. The owner was on hand to help us sort out the rooms and the breakfast. The staff are also very helpful. The rooms are big enough and the toilets are also big and provide enough toiletries.

The lighting around are a bit dark. The building covering of bamboo I think creates the darker ambiance and secluded space but it feels claustrophobic. The area also has a lot of stray dogs that is a security risk if going out without a car. It is also a bit pricey considering the location and the breakfast offering.

Friendly and efficient staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Pool is fantastic. What made it even better was rooms 105 & 106 having their own poolside terrace outside the front door. Location was so peaceful, but the town of Bang Sare is only a couple of minutes away. Rooms are very generously sized - plenty of room to stretch out in, and beds are very comfortable

There were no major issues at all. Will book another stay in a few weeks when our children come to Thailand

Very stylish, modern, comfortable, we felt as VIP guests. The staff was truly amazing and friendly. The deluxe room was spacious, well equipped, the AC was freezing cold, the bathroom was superior, wifi was available everywhere. All the hotel was clean and cozy, the breakfast was delicious. It’s located in a calm and quiet place, beach is 5 mins walk. It was a perfect decision for the two of us, 100% recommended.

I had a wonderful experience, every staff member was warm, attentive, and quick to respond to any requests, including messages. They even kindly offered us a late checkout, which was much appreciated. The food exceeded my expectations—absolutely delicious and everything was handled so smoothly by the team. I genuinely felt well taken care of and will definitely be returning!

Nina and her staff showed exceptional hospitality and went out of their way to ensure that their guests had a fabulous stay. From cooking a meal out of hours to making appointments, nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotlessly clean and decor extremely tasteful. A return visit is guaranteed.

Expected the location close to city/town, but little interior, but close to our main destination Nong Nooch Tropical Garden. As we are pure vegetarians, chef Chanon Piphoppaisarm provided excellent food of our choice All staff made our stay completely trouble free, and wish all the best to the owner that more guests will be visiting Sand Dollar soon

We visited the Rolling Loud Festival which is only 5 minutes away from the hotel. The reception is very friendly, the pool is very cute and has a nice design. The food, especially the crispy pork krapao with kai dao, is very tasty. There is a very good Thai breakfast which we like very much. We had a good time at this hotel.

We are a group of foreigners and there are only Thai channels on TV. We couldn't watch TV because no one could understand anything. The food and laundry were expensive in my opinion.

Hotel like new and quiet away from noisy areas

Every window and balcony was shadowed with a bamboo construction, so no view to the nice bush and so feeling like in a cage. Breakfast with pre order 1 of 4 choices a bit poor.

So comfortable, quiet and clean! Perfect little secluded hotel by the beach. I loved the pool area as it was a the perfect spot to relax all day. The staff were so kind and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Decor was beautiful. Breakfast was exceptional. Staff were wonderful. The owner is from California and the hotel bears wonderful collections from her travels around the world. Will definitely visit again. Everyone treated us like family.
