Great Location, very close to Tiger Muay Thai (50m) Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms have air-conditioning and are regularly serviced and cleaned except on Sunday. Place is dated and a few cracked tiles here and there, but as long as you are not expecting 4/5* luxury it's a great place for the price. There are also two pools if you fancy a dip. Would deffo stay again.

Location perfect especially when you would like to do Muay Thai. Very close to Tiger Gym and Apollo. Owner is very helpful if you need help or something is wrong, she will provide the right support.

Beds could have been a bit softer, but you'll get used to it;-)

Very beautiful garden. Spacious villa. Glass sliding doors and terrace. The resort is located in a lively street with many restaurants and food stores. Friendly and helping staff.

Wi fi was very weak. I couldn't watch any movie online. No plugs near the beds to charge the mobile phones . Terrible towels! I had to ask to change it.

Good Location.

The rooms are good, but need some maintenance to them.

1. Location - next to Tiger Muay Thai and close to Unit 27. Laundry, barbers and golden fingers massage parlour a stones throw away. 2. Good sized swimming pool 3. Room cleaned daily 4. Polite staff

1. Firm mattress/pillows - not really an issue for me but just highlighting for others 2. I found cockroaches, lizards and mosquitoes in the room. Returned to find the room being cleaned but with the doors wide open allowing the creepy crawlies in. 3. Leak in bathroom which would soak the floor. Notified staff and was remedied with towels being thrown on the floor which would just be water logged. 4. Booking mentioned food discount at the restaurant but the restaurant was under construction / being renovated. Baan Suan has great potential just feel it needs a little upgrade (compared to all the other options on the Soi now).

Rooms have no ventilation, no air, staff, well 1, is hardly there in the day and nobody is there at night, no one and no security.

My original room was good however the bathroom is very outdated for the price you pay you could get somewhere more modern in the same area. My bathroom was swarming with drain flies. I asked to move rooms and was offered to the next day. My new room was much better the bathroom was more modern however this one had mosquitos in it. Around 10 flies each time after killing them they always reappeared. I told the staff on one occasion and they sprayed my room which killed them but then again they reappeared after I constantly kept the bathroom door shut. As for the staff they were so friendly upon arrival, showed me to my room and helped with luggage however after I asked to changed rooms I was handed a key and not given any direction or assistance to it and only when I asked did they get the cleaner to show me. They also told me to leave the front door closed to avoid mosquitos and I informed them I have not left it open once. I felt that because I had complained twice for a bug issue they then were not as friendly to me.
