For the money it's worth it. AC room, refrigerator, hair dryer, kettle, safe box and instant heater provided. Will provide one water bottle of 500ml per person per day. They also have bike rentals and a restaurant and cafe in same building. It's run by family and were nice to guests. Food is also good. Near to lot of attraction like big buddha, wat chalong, bird park, central phuket mall, aquaria, dolphin show etc.. all within 15 kms I believe beach towel available on request Spacious room. Cafe is nice.

No iron box provided even on request No extra water bottle.. Bike rental is bit expensive outside 250 bhat and hotel 300 bhat also no fuel in bike. In Patong i got full fuel bike for 250 and just need to fill full again while returning. Balcony is small just enough for 1 person. Next to high way so bit noisy but ok. Food is little expensive compared to central phuket mall. Old building.. No coffee sachet, sugar etc in room just kettle and 2 glasses. No view from room. It faces highway.

The Breakfast was cooked to order. We had few choices for the breakfast and we loved the taste. The housekeeping staffs are quite good. They kept the room maintained when we went out on trips. The hospitality is superb and the people there at the resort were quite friendly and helpful. We asked them to organize the tour to few islands and they got the best price for us (much below the advertised price) and handled the booking. They were ready to help whenever we asked.

There were few minor issues in our room (No. 11) the kitchen tap did not work, though we did not use it much. The toilet seat was very close to the shower area and could have been organized better.

The staff we're AMAZING, location to Fitness Street SOI THAI 8/ May Thai and gyms only 5 minute walk, pool was lovely and clean. Rooms were big and basic but has everything you need. Family run business and it tells, lovely people and they can't do enough for you! Food in the adjacent cafe was great and for protein smoothies, the best in Phuket! They even made my Birthday special on Christmas Day :) Would stay again and if your visiting fitness street the ONLY place to stay!

Location to rest of Phuket but this is not a major problem :) Rooms a little dated but again clean and spacious.

Loved the staff, they were extremely friendly! Rooms were super clean and very comfortable as the beds were soft and heavenly. Our room was on the third floor and there was lift access so it's quite convenient. Our room also came with a little balcony not much space especially not to hang clothes to dry but still a balcony nonetheless. We could also do our laundry and get it dried for a small fee instead so we did that. It was strategically located near Phuket Old Town and was nearby Ratsada Pier (about 20 mins away) as we were taking a speedboat to Koh Lanta on our 4th day here so definitely very convenient. It is rather quiet at night and far from the nightlife (40mins-ish) but we were able to conveniently book a grab to Patong Walking Street and get tuktuks to send us back to our hotel once we were done so that was fine too. Overall, really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much!

Nothing, great place!

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The pool was lovely, and there’s a 7/11 nearby for any essentials you might need. The location is close to the pier and a few beaches, though you’ll need to use Grab or Bolt to get there. They also offer motorcycle rentals, but we decided against it since the road out front can be quite crowded. Our room was cozy, with a large bed and a balcony that overlooked the pool. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it!

The hotel is very nice it has all the comforts. The rooms are big and equipped with fridge and kettle. Not very far from the area with bars and restaurants. We had very nice breakfast included in the price. Also between the facilities of the hotel you can find a gym and a swimming pool. The staff is very helpful and kind! Definitely it’s a perfect location for may thai tourists

The location is not perfect but you can always rent a scooter and move around Also the highway in front unfortunately is a small problem because of the sound of the cars and motorcycles

The room itself & the bed were so comfortable. It has a lovely pool, albeit not the biggest & the staff were friendly & helpful.

There was building work going on (presumably behind our room), which meant that we were woken early. We appreciate that this was out of the hotel's control, but it did ruin our stay a little.

It's a family run hotel and the staff are so friendly and helpful. We checked out but had to go back for laundry and they had kept a necklace they'd found, packaged it up to give back to us. They genuinely couldn't have done any more for us. It's down the road from fitness street (the soi). It's a 1km run from the hotel to unit 27 so was perfect for a warm up. Plus the bungalows are so cute!!

Nothing was fab. Depends what you're after, If you don't want to stay exactly on the strip it's perfect.

It was great place to stay over especially with your family and friends. The employees were very kind and professional. There was a small mistake in a booking but they fixed it right away and we were satisfied. The room is spacious and facilities are quite modern, well taken care of.

Maybe you need a car and some attention to find the location? Otherwise it was perfect

We visited friends in Phuket and also had some business to do, we had our own car with us, so the place was perfectbfor us. But for a family that wants to have a beach holiday it's not ideal as those beaches are far away. The staff are extremly friendly and really helpful.
