Very nice staff at the reception and everywhere, always ready to help. The entrance is absolutely charming, light music. The massage by Lek was fantastic, super professional! If you want to have a very quiet comfortable vacation, don't pay attention to renovation, it's really a bit old cozy Thai hotel. Be ready of some small disadvantages if you like social life.

Without a car not easy, need a taxi.

Stayed in a Villa and without the shuttle bus could not go back to Villa. Must tell the shuttle is available 24/7 but the issue is getting the driver you must walk 2 floor and ask the receptionist to call the driver.

Amazing value villa resort. The pool was huge, staff were friendly, and the villa itself was very comfortable. Room service was very quick and food was good quality. The gym was well-equipped compared to most hotel gyms and it's a shame this is not emphasised/included in the photographs on booking.com.

- the bungalow was very nice and spacious - staff are very helpful and friendly - its really like living in the jungle, close to the nature - Jacuzzi and private massage area - with both Thai and international breakfast. Fresh eggs and omelets, fruits, curries everyday

- the breakfast is quite nice but I would like to get a big mug of coffee and get it by myself more. - there was hair and dirty at the outlets of the jacuzzi. I brushed it with the toothbrush provided by the hotel to brush it before I used it - it located on a very busy road. There are 2 big restaurants nearby. Its difficult to cross to the other side for just going to 7-11.

The staff were very nice. The villa’s were done beautifully with place for jacuzzi and massage. The massage itself was good but overpriced compared to other places. The hotel is close-to a busy road but you cannot hear the noise when inside. All the villas are in the jungle and the surrounding is quiet and peaceful.

After a long whole night flight we went at the hotel around 12.00 (we have already asked for an early check in.) The check in time is 14.00 . In the whole place there were 4 couples and despite this we had to wait until 14.30 to get to our villa, as the room was not ready. (there are more than 20 villas ) Breakfast is nice but not much variety. Villas are outdated but still looking nice.

The apartment was spacious and very well cleaned. The air conditioning was very good. Good balcony. Very quiet and pleasant environment despite being very close to a busy street.

The bed was terribly hard and when we arrived there was an unpleasant smell (maybe mold) that improved after the first day and the apartment had been cooled. There is a lot of humidity in Thailand which could explain this smell. Many things in the hotel were not up to date.

Staff were so polite, so genuinely happy people, creating an amazing vibe around the hotel. Rooms/villas are huge, with multiple rooms, relaxing balcony area and very large jacuzzi. Perfect after a day out in Phuket. Discount on spa treatments if you stay at the resort and 💯 worth it. Very professional and extremely relaxing.

Little bit of extra maintenance, one of the lights didn't work and the mirrors were not in the best condition. Small things however compared to the amazingness of the stay.

The territory of the hotel is located in a real jungle with soothing sounds of nocturnal insects which is good for quality sleep. My villa was 535 with a huge jacuzzi tub and two message beds as on the picture, the bed was pretty comfortable. On the first day of my stay, I noticed that one of the showers was not working and the socket in the bedroom too, I notified the staff of my problems and they solved them immediately. They also have their own good cosmetic oils, balms of their own production and an excellent spa.

Sometimes I could not find employees to call the buggy and just consult, since the hotel territory is large, it would seem that they have a shortage of employees

Amazing hotel, in the middle of the green lush. Everything was perfect, the rooms are so big and exactly like in the pictures. We loved the jacuzzi. Staff is extremely polite and helpful, always ready to pick us up from our villas to the reception with the buggy. We loved every minute of our stay and regretted it so much when we had to leave. It was not crowded or noisy, we used to relax at the pool with a drink in the evenings when we returned from the beach and before going out in the evening again. I highly recommend this hotel, a big thank you to the staff that made our stay very comfortable.
