My recent stay at this hotel was a mixed experience, resulting in a 7/10 rating. While there were some positive aspects, a notable issue with housekeeping left me somewhat dissatisfied. On the positive side, the hotel's location was convenient, around 1 km from first 7-Eleven and at the same place is a bus waiting point. The staff was generally friendly and accommodating. View from the room was incredible and the pool was great and quite clean. Room is big and there is a lot of space for bags and even more. Bathroom is also pretty big, even tho a curtain would fit nicely because this way the water goes everywhere.

However, my disappointment arose from the housekeeping service. Despite staying for four days, I noticed that the bed sheets were not changed during my entire stay. This lack of attention to basic cleanliness was disappointing and somewhat concerning, but they gave us clean towels and water everyday. Check-in was a bit of a problem since when I made the reservation it was supposed to be prepaid, but when we arrived they said it was post paying and we should pay on spot. It was a bit of a hassle but the stuff was very nice about it, also great at english, so we resolved a problem pretty quickly. While I didn't experience any major issues, the oversight regarding bed sheet changes significantly impacted my overall impression of the hotel. I hope the management addresses this issue promptly to ensure a more satisfactory experience for future guests.

They’re almost filthy mould on the wall. Mattress stains on it not very good was it? In the toilet a piece of metal hanging out of the wall, I cut my leg on it when I sat on the toilet.
