Good value for money. Nice little pool area. Affordable drinks in the lobby and friendly receptionist.

Nothing in particular was bad, but it's a $50 hotel, so don't expect the Ritz. It is tucked away down a little road away from all the traffic, so that's nice, but the area in general isn't great, and to walk anywhere you have to go onto a super busy road with no sidewalks. It was a bit dangerous. This isn't the hotel's fault, obviously, and is a common theme in Phuket, but something to keep in mind if you're traveling with kids or are freaked out by walking along the side of a busy street with traffic whipping past you at high speeds.

I recently had a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally polite and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. The hotel’s location is perfect, with a variety of restaurants and shops within walking distance, as well as excellent massage services nearby. My room was always spotless, with daily cleaning that kept everything fresh and tidy. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great amenities and outstanding service.

We had a short but pleasant stay here. We didn't expect much but it is really great value for money. The room is spacious with a big and comfy bed, a good A/C, a TV, fridge, kettle, a shower with constant hot water and good pressure, a small hotel safe and some complimentary products like instant coffee/tea, bath products and 2 bottles of free water a day. The room was also very clean with daily room service. Like in other reviews already said the location is good for what it is. You can walk by foot to a small mall with a supermarket and some food, to some nearby restaurants and 7-Elevens. But we also would recommend to have a motorbike which you could normally rent directly with the hotel despite when we tried they didn't have any motorbikes left for rent so we needed to rent one by ourselves (which isn't really complicated). We would definitely stay here again.

The property is clean, well maintained and as depicted in the advertisement. The staff were friendly and helpful and overall we had a good stay

Its location between two VERY busy roads made entry and exit on the moped a fairly hazardous and prolonged experience. I wouldn’t recommend this location for inexperienced drivers and riders as there were many accidents in and around the area

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms with AC, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff! incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. The pool was clean and the gym have anything you need. Thanks for making our first days in Thailand much better.

2 small things: 1)One of the important gym facility’s was not working at all. 2)Quality of toilet paper was poor and it just crumbles by itself, not convenient to use 🙏

Amazing view from the balcony. Rooms are very spacious. Good swimming pool. That's just about the hotel. Have to say the people on reception were very nice and helpful, they really went above and beyond to help with everything. I will be staying here again.

The spacious suite with bedroom, lounge and toilet. All facilities were clean and well maintained.. perhaps recently renewed ? The room was fully equipped with ac, TV (no English speaking channels), Coffee/tea making materials and personal safe. Walking distance to pier and close to modern shopping centre.

The room was clean and comfortable for the night we were there. It was close enough to Chalong Pier to get a Grab the next morning easily enough for our trip to Koh Racha. Supermarket close by was great for pot noodles for tea, but didn't see too many other restaurants (although we weren't really looking for them!)

Great hotel, lovely friendly staff, very efficient. Cleaners were great and always accommodating when we were working in our room. Pool and gym are an added bonus along with the location, off the main street.

The only downside is they don't have a bar/restaurant. Everything else was great.

The location isn’t great. There are no good restaurants close by and you’re pretty far from anywhere you wanna be. 30 min drive to old town and 15 min drive to kata beach.
