Phuket Paradiso has always been my go-to every time I'm in Phuket! Charlie's just the best host, always there to help whenever you needed one. In fact, there was an instance when he offered to drop me off at the airport, which is almost an hour away. And that's just one of the numerous times his hospitality shined. Another reason I keep coming back here would be the housekeeper. She has a super warm personality, always smiling, and goes the extra mile to offer a hand. You can't go a day without seeing her flashing her sweet smile at you. Location-wise, you have easy access to pretty much everything. A couple of 7-Eleven branches, ATMs, pharmacies, clinics, and even the police station. Plus, the pier is just a 10-minute (or less) walk away, which is perfect if island hopping is in your itinerary.

Maybe just in rare occasions where the WiFi signal's down. Everything else is GREAT.

After traveling through 28 countries, I always find myself coming back to this hotel in Phuket. There’s just something about the relaxed atmosphere and the way the staff makes you feel at home. The rooms are cozy and have a unique, personal touch — it’s not your typical hotel look, which I really enjoy. Plus, everything you might need is close by: Rawai and Kata beaches, the Fight Street for training, and of course, Chalong Pier just a short walk away if you’re up for snorkeling or island trips. For me, it’s the perfect base in Phuket — easy, comfortable, and just the right vibe for a relaxed stay

This was my third time staying at Phuket Paradiso, and it absolutely won’t be my last. This boutique hotel offers a unique mix of comfort, charm, and convenience—all at a very reasonable price. Charlie, the owner and operator, along with his team, are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They go out of their way to make you feel at home, and it’s that kind of hospitality that keeps me coming back. The hotel is in a prime location—walking distance to Chalong Pier, the beachfront, local street food vendors, and a handful of excellent local Thai restaurants. Whether you’re looking to grab a late-night snack, rent a moped or scooter, or take a short walk to a nearby Muay Thai boxing gym, this is a centrally located base with easy access to everything. There’s also a small convenience shop nearby that stocks all the essentials—bottled water, snacks, Red Bull, and anything else you might need in a pinch. What really sets Phuket Paradiso apart is the laid-back atmosphere. It’s clean, quiet, and gives off those great Phuket vibes that make you want to extend your stay.

The picture seems different, I remember I booked a two-story suite with stairs. But the owner of the hotel was very kind and he gave me a lot of useful information! This is the best owner I've ever had met! Each bedroom has a bookshelf with books to read. The bathroom is a little small. There is also a small terrace on the 2nd floor where clothes can be dried. I would highly recommend this hotel as it is located on a small road away from the noise of the traffic and 100 meters walk to the main road where there are restaurants or flower shops, 7-11. Very close to the dock, very convenient for sailing.

Great value for the money! The host and the housekeeper were really nice and accommodated all the requests. All the necessary infrastructure is within waking distance. The hotel location is only a 10-15 min bike ride from Karon/Kata beaches

Water coolers were empty sometimes but I’m not sure if drinkable water was included in the stay

Excellent location, central to all Chalong has to offer, ie- shops, restaurants, bars, all boating trips etc. The room was exceptional value for money, clean, comfortable & spacious. Free wifi was excellent. Staff, she was lovely, friendly, helpful & just a very nice lady. The owner, Charlie, is a very nice man, he too is very friendly, helpful, & does his best to ensure your stay is perfect. We highly recomend the Phuket Paradiso to anyone staying in Chalong.

Quet place, smiling owner and always helpful with information and he speaks fluent English. Close location to pier for excursions. Laundry service next house. International restaurants within 10 mins walking distance.

The room had a little damp smell, they should open windows to let the sun ray inside and the blanket was very thin, but I decided not to complain.

Phuket Paradiso is perfect for us, family with 1 teenager. Our room was big and clean, and Charlie gave us free extra bed for our daughter. Charlie was very efficient, he provided excellent instruction to welcome us, which was very smart. We arrived around 1 AM and were so happy to found our room is nicely decorated with mini library, sink, water heater etc. And we also have access to water dispenser and microwave outside. Very strategic location, 8 min walks to Chalong Pier, 5 mins to 7E, we love it so much. We would definitely come back, thank you Charlie.

I liked the proximity to food, cultural day to day living, gym up the road. Quiet alley way street with bar, mexican food and coffee right across the road...plus lots of Thai food around. Well managed and exceptionally clean...room are kinda funky cool decor and very comfortable

Sometimes next door was a little noisy through the morning but it wasn't a big deal.

Easy to get to the places we were going. Accommodated all 3 of us in one room. Responded very quickly when I first booked the location. Allowed us to check in at 1 AM. Had everything ready for us.

There was a strange smell of moisture. It would have been nice to have had some sort of dehumidifier in the room. I tried to communicate through the booking app after our original booking, but did not get a response back.
