It's location is the main highlight, right on the beach. The rooms are very well made, quite spacious and overlooking the sea. It's a delight to wake up to the view of the sea right from your bed. Suggestions: Breakfast (though elaborate) could do with some change everyday and addition of some options for vegetarians. Unlike all hotels, they don't provide tea/coffee sachets in the room though they give the kettle. Mitra is the best of the staff there and true to her name (means friend in Indian languages) is very friendly and hospitable.

Hotel was just next to the Chalong pier where all the boats trips are. Room was very specious with great view to the sea. Staff very friendly and helpful. You can purchase two boat trips to Phe Phe Island and James Bond Island with 50% discount. Breakfast was ok: fried eggs, sausage, choice of tosts, fresh cucumber, chery tomatoes and salad. Some Thai food. There is swimming pool on the roof but there was some renovation around the pool so did not use it much plus it was very hot around the pool. You can leave your luggage in the storage room and come back for it later.

Seats around the pool were metal so very hot if you are trying to sit on them. There were no sunbathing chairs so customers could lay down and relax. Hotel is next to the smelly river/ stream so the smell around the hotel is not pleasant. A bit noisy in the morning with birds.

We had a nice stay in a peaceful location. The room looked exactly like the photos we had seen, and every room offers a stunning sea view. Breakfast had a nice variety of options to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help

The swimming pool is a bit on the smaller side, and while we had a beautiful sea view, no walking or swiming on the beach by the hotel. However, it's a fantastic spot for scuba divers, with plenty of opportunities to explore the underwater world nearby.

Nice area, very quiet. Beautiful views from the room. Clean and tidy

Ground floor suite, no outside privacy, other guests constantly walking past the doors. Blackout blind on the bathroom as it looks out to the commercial area. No privacy or relaxation from the bathroom or porch. A suite should be private and not attached to the commercial area with no privacy. Will be requesting the upstairs room as I couldn't leave the door open at night as people are constantly passing.

Liked the sea view . Good size room . Room service is good . Walking distance from Chalong pier. Good restaurant around . Staff is considerate and helpful. It has been comfortable stay.

We booked our stay for 3 guests . One guest could not come due to delay with visa processing. We have requested refund from booking.com . Still waiting to hear from them .

The property is right on the Chalong bay. The sea starts from the hotel. The view from the room as also from the bathroom... Fabulous!! Enjoyed both the sunrise and the sunset. Clean and nicely done place. Serves good breakfast. The pool on the roof top is also wonderful.

No restaurant and needs more care for maintenance.

We liked that the room was very spacious. There were also a few cool features that we enjoyed such as the beds for the kids with the climbing wall or the bathroom with the huge window overlooking the marina.

There was a lack of attention to detail throughout the place. Breakfast was included but was mediocre.

Rooms were quirky in a good way, spacious with a great view and big balcony. Beds were very comfy. In a nice quiet location but close to restaurants etc

The breakfast option was woeful. Don't include the breakfast, there are better options very close to the hotel

We loved staying at Arch39. The view from the room is phenomenal and the room is very big. Everyone was super nice and they waited for us as we arrived late in the evening to Check-in. if you want to visit the south of phuket the hotel has a really nice Location.

the Breakfast was included but we didn‘t use it because we thought it could have more options, but it‘s ok if you need to eat in the morning. the Hotel is kinda far From the Airport so keep that in mind.

Quite clean and spacious! We had problems connecting to the netflix on tv though but could still connect to your own network to stream. Toilet clogged twice and staff that we approached didnt seem very happy to help. But the other staff and security guard were all very nice and responded to our problems quick. Towels were replaced everyday an generally we enjoyed our stay very much.
