The place is absolutely beautiful. The kitchenette is super convenient, there is a well stocked fridge for drinks, covered parking for cars and motorbikes, an awesome pool. The bungalows are really lovely, decent bathrooms. You must love animals as Ollie the dog will come say hello, but we were greeted by Mama the cat every single time we opened our cottage door 🤣 There are also lots of games and books that you can borrow from reception, and the staff is absolutely lovely and easy to reach via WhatsApp. Also I love the secure lock at the entrance of the property, it felt very safe.

The wifi isn’t great, it was a bit of a struggle to get service in the room even though we were in the first bungalow. Also, even though the room says “large double bed”, it’ll be a small Queen, one of us is 6’2’’ and 90kg and the sleeping arrangements were quite snug 😅

Staff are so friendly they will do anything to make sure you have a good stay. Very attentive and had good communication through WhatsApp. I lost my ring and the apartment key which meant we were locked out at 2am. Staff let us in no problem which was so kind of them- sorry to wake you up! Location is good with a 7 eleven 1 minute walk away. So relaxing and we particularly loved the roof were we could stargaze and watch the sunset. Their dog Ollie is super cute and friendly. They let us in their games room to play pool till late and they are so chill just wanting you to have a good stay. Thank you so much Guys!

The property is very pleasant and beautiful! It has a pool, a common area where meals can be held, and a lounge with games and where the reception is located! Kwan, the owner of the hotel, was helpful and assisted us when needed. A security deposit of 200 baht was required, which we received back at the end of our stay. The room was very beautiful, and it had a spacious, functional bathroom with a shower in a dedicated corner (it didn’t get the whole bathroom wet, just that space). The room itself is charming and spacious as well. There was a clothesline and two chairs outside the house, as well as a door with a mosquito net, which helped prevent insects and geckos from entering and allowed air to circulate inside the room. The terrace had a nice view, and we could see the Big Buddha from the terrace of our room. On the other side of the street, about 300 meters away, there is a 7-Eleven, which is open 24 hours a day. That was also very convenient when needed. The accommodation also provided filtered water, which was great. It also has a very friendly dog and kittens, calm and just wanting cuddles, they are so sweet and don’t bother anyone! Really, really amazing and gentle! :) :) :) We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend staying at Coconut Wells Phuket! :)

The only minor points we could possibly mention are the location, for those without a motorbike or car, as it is a bit farther from the attractions and beaches on foot, and the room gets very hot when the air conditioning is not on. Since we couldn’t sleep at night with the air conditioning on, we had to open the window... But these are just small details! Because, overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the visit and would definitely return! No doubt :D

Really lovely boutique style accommodation run by a family business. The rooms look just like the pictures, comfy beds and super clean. The rooms are compact but because they have some shelves and hangers, it feels bigger than it looks. We didn't get a chance to hang out on the rooftop because it rained a lot but I'm sure it would be great when it's not raining. There is a 7-eleven across the road that has some nice, cheap and local food stalls outside. They also provide some recommendations for food nearby which was all very good! They also arranged a taxi for us from the airport for 800baht which was very helpful as we just got off the plane and had the driver pick us up very shortly after.

Because of the bunglow-style rooms, you're immediately exposed to mosquitos as soon as you step outside and they manage to sneak in as well so if you're mosquito food like I am, you might want to wear long pants at all times. The location is also quite far from any of the typical sites and there is not really much to do within walking distance so you'll need to be comfortable with renting a scooter/car or paying for overpriced Grab rides (they have a minimum rate of 200baht, even if youre just going 5 mins down the road). That being said, it is much more local and chilled out over Patong/Kata and I would prefer to stay here than the touristy areas.

This was my third time in Phuket. The goal of my trip was to train Muay Thai and CrossFit. I first booked one week at Coconut Wells but decided very quickly that I wanted to extend my stay! So, I extended with an additional 2 weeks! The location of Coconut Wells was perfect for me. I rented a motorcycle and from Coconut Wells to Tiger Muay Thai (or all other training establishments in that street) took me no more than 10 mins. on the motorcycle. Also from my bungalow to any of the nice beaches (Kata beach, Karon beach, Nai Han beach) are all within 15 mins. by motorcycle! The atmosphere at Coconut Wells is very relaxed. There is a total of six bungalows, so it was never crowded/noisy/busy, which I liked. Every bungalow has it’s own roof terrace, which is ideal to recover from the workouts and enjoy the sun. To cool-down, I made a lot of use of the pool! The staff (Yuyi, Yim and Pop) are great. They made me feel at home from day one and they are a large contributor to the whole relaxed vibe at Coconut Wells! Additional events are organized by the staff such as pub quiz nights and boat trips, which are also a lot of fun and ideal to meet new people. Best accommodation I’ve had in Phuket! Will definitely be back on my next trip to Phuket!

There are 6 individual bungalows which provide privacy, no wall to wall neighbors. It is close to the muay thai gym i go to, close to the popular beaches, very peaceful and quiet, away from traffic noise. It is equipped with everything you might need and has the feel of personalized space- the common areas have games, bin bags, books, coffee, tea and drinks. There is a pool if you want to wind down and your own tanning area on top if the bungalow. Very thoughtful layout of the space. Considerate, friendly owners and staff who accommodate you throughout your stay:)

Honestly i cant find anything i didnt like, it is my second time there and i would definitely come again.

Everything. The private secluded stay, the warm welcome. Houses perfectly equipped and comfortable. Fantastic shower. Your own rooftop decking and a gorgeous pool. Also books, board games and TV chill out area. You can even prepare your own meals.

There is nothing to dislike about this resort. It ticks all the boxes.

I loved everything about Coconut Wells - it felt like a quiet mini paradise. The gardens were my favourite part of staying there - there was bird song, butterflies and beautiful trees. I loved how cozy the apartment I stayed in was! And best of all, the hosts/staff were friendly, approachable and super helpful - what a lovely family!!

There was only one thing I think could be improved: the shower sealant had black mould on it, I think the ventilation and water proofing in the shower needs to be better to prevent this from happening.

For someone who has never been to phuket, it was a very warm welcome, the staff and owners ( ollie the dog)were great and professional, I couldn't have asked for better, it's a very peaceful experience, I can't wait to return there one day
