It’s very clean, well-maintained, quiet, and peaceful.

When I checked in I discovered that the room looked different from the pictures. The owner told me that there is a mismatch between the room name and the pictures. It didn’t affect my stay in any way. There’s just a need to review the pictures and ensure they match the room names.

Room was very decent for the price. It was a good size, with a large toilet / shower and even a small dining area. The staff were great and it was super convenient to be able to dine in the attached restaurant.

There was no hand soap, so I bought my own.

Mama's has always been a staple in my travels to Phuket. It''s conveniently close to the training camps, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, beaches. it's affordable, but most importantly the staff are super attentive. can't recommend better!

The bungalow was under the fruit trees which drop on the roof a lot and really do wake you up... Ask for a room. Not under the trees

The staff, the people the accommodation, the food and all the lovely plants and just the vibe and friendliness of the place, a really nice place to stay

Mamas is super good value, its cheap the bungalows are a nice size with a small terrace out the front and mine had a little kitchen area as well. Its walking distance to all the gyms and restaurants on the soi. The restaurant at Mamas is great, probably my favourite place to eat in the area. The staff are really friendly.

The only thing I didn't like - not the property's fault - the bugs ... its just a thing that you deal with and due to some parts of the design of the bungalow, cockroaches are able to get in. I really really dont like cockroaches. Its not a big deal and its part of being in Thailand but that was the one thing I didn't like and acknowledge that's not Mamas fault as they staff cleaned as often as I asked for and were always helpful and friendly.

Quiet location within easy walk to bars and restaurants. I hired a motorbike on site and also had private entrance road to my room without passing by a reception area.

Rooms were not serviced daily and there was no electric jug to make my own coffee. Lack of electric jug was really disappointing.

Super friendly and helpful personnel. Good location near gyms and martial arts training camps, mainly occupied by athletes. Hotel offers motorbike for rent at fair price witch is very convenient. Room was spacious with good aircon. Also there is an option to get breakfast at the restaurant. Would definately recommend.

We stayed for 4 days and room was cleaned only once. There were only one trashbin on our room witch was full on day 3. This is really minor issue compared to all advantages.
