The pool was very nice and the facilities were good. But I am becoming more disabled with time (we have been to the Maya Hotel about four times each time we come every two years to Thailand. If I could make three suggestions they are: (1) Have a grab rail fitted in the showers - it gives people something to hold on to while they are in the shower. It is even a good safety feature, even for those people who are not disabled. It prevents them from slipping. (2) Have a disabled toilet installed at ground floor level. (3) Even though I am disabled, I still like to use exercise equipment in the Gym and I have always used your gym. But I think it needs to be serviced by an experience and qualified gym kit engineer, because it is not feel safe and a user could be injured. At home in the UK I go to the gym every week so I do know about these things (I am also a retired Engineer)

The kit in the gym I think is in a dangerous and unsafe condition. Please fix it as it has some good kit for your visitors to enjoy.

Location: very good, 5 min walk to airport.Perfect for late arrival and early departure. Near to a 711, easy to get food. Hygiene: Okay. Basin had a little dirty mark.but acceptable. Breakfast: Breakfast is made to order instead of buffet style, but taste quite good. We ordered as much as we want. So it seems no limitation to what one person could order.(I think the menu could make it clearer).

the hotel has no disposable slippers. Even after we asked, they provided only plastic slippers(looks old). Which is quite uncommon.(don't know if it's common practice in Thailand).

Strange Smell, very bad, started after 5 days and two last days were completely destroyed.. Access to the beach is blocked by stupid young girl. She demands u to pay 200 baht per adult. Hint: she left after 16:00-17:00 and access to the beach became free. Also, probably she arrived to her proud job only after 9:00 or something. Or u can walk another 20 minutes to the south and get to the beach here... However, the beach is the dirtiest beach I have ever seen.

Maya Phuket Airport Hotel is the perfect place to stay if you would like to avoid the hassle coming from far away to catch an early flight out. The airport is literally around the corner and yet, it is very quiet. The hotel is also in the vicinity of Naiyang Beach (about a 20 to 30-minute walk or 7 minute taxi ride away) where you can enjoy the sunset while having drinks and food at one of the beach restaurants. The beach is nice and much less crowded than elsewhere on Phuket.

We missed our flight that day so we booked this hotel right near the airport (literally 6 minute walk from there) so it was really convenient for us to make sure we didnt miss another flight haha. I do wish we had booked this hotel for our whole trip in Phuket because it was super cute and i loved the the atmosphere. The room was spacious and felt like the perfect couple hotel room overlooking the pool.

There were some stains on the wall that probably could have easily been cleaned up, but i loved everything else about the room and hotel.

Maya will now be our hotel we stay at before we fly out ☺️ excellent value for money, literally 7minute walk to airport, staff are friendly, yum food option around you

I believe someone did come into our room whilst sleeping and went through belongings but staff do not hold any responsibility for that and they warn your prior too so just ensure your door is locked properly before you go to sleep! Use the latch lock not just the door handle lock.

We booked this hotel purely for its location, we could walk to the airport from here - its only 5 minutes away and we had an early morning flight. The rooms were modern and the pool looked lovely.

When we had the aircon on in the room, there was a massive vent outside that blew hot air meaning you couldnt sit on the balcony at the same time. We thought the hotel had a restaurant but they dont, they serve breakfast only. It was fine as we went elsewhere but on this booking site it currently states there is a restaurant

The pool is absolutely beautiful and big enough to do laps or just to chill. The staff were super friendly. The location is amazing - 5 minute walk to the airport, and also 5 minutes or less to 7-11 and great food options.

The gym equipment was a bit old and rusty, although usable. Our original room with a city view on the ground floor had a bit of a smell, so we decided to upgrade to a different room with a pool view (at a very reasonable rate) and that was fantastic.

This hotel was just what we needed prior to the flight. very close to the airport and it was comfortable so we had a nice sleep before a long flight back. which was great. The airport is 12 minutes walk from the hotel and not 3 minutes as some people state, therefore it might be best to prebook shuttle if you have heavy luggage. The shuttle costs 150 bahts, but just make sure you have this communicated properly at reception in regards to timings.

I would only suggest the staff get a bit trained to respond to clients needs in regards to booking things before a flight. nothing very severe as you can always choose to walk and due to the distance the risk is minimum, but it could be improved for quality of service It was also quite inconvenient that there was little flexibility on the way I could pay for breakfast and it was a lot of back on forth in regards to.it which lead to me wandering around the hotel for 10 minutes - again maybe just a bit of training as people are o strict schedule and hotel even has airport in the title - you would expect understanding of the concept.

Exceeded my expectations, literally a 5 min from Phuket Airport. Don't need a taxi just walk straight out & you will see Maya Hotel. No pavements so you just walk on a very quiet side road which is normal for Thailand. Lovely accomodating staff, funky design, very clean, pool area is great, breakfast was lovely & the perfect hotel to check in after a 15hr flight ✈️ Amazing value for money.
