Location is just 10 minutes walk from the airport. The pool and cottages are cozy. The afternoon receptionist gave us advices to walk to the beach rather than renting a scooter which was very honest and helpful advice. The fried noodles was the best I had in Thailand.

At evening , we clearly ordered chicken cheese burger and fish fries , but got chicken fried rice and french fries. We were okay to eat what was brought to the table but the receptionist was blaming us that we had ordered what we got and we were told that she even checked the cctv audio already. We understand that she misunderstood what we ordered but blaming us was not the right way. Anyways, make sure you show on the menu about your order rather than just repeating ' Chicken cheese burger' multiple times and get fried rice instead 😁

This property is absolutely perfect. It is walkable from the airport with lots of places to eat and 7/11’s close by. Both beaches are about a 20 minute walk and there is a cute little local market nearby. I stayed in a private room and it was clean comfortable and had everything I needed. I wouldn’t say it’s an overly social Hostel but you can definitely meet people there and it’s not a party vibe. They have a restaurant and a bar on site as well as laundry service and things that you can purchase like beer, water, etc. on site. The staff are lovely and helpful. The pool was absolutely perfect with lots of shade trees And the garden is so cute. If you’re planning on just staying for the day or the night before or after your flight, you’re gonna wish you had another day there.

Everything was perfect. The place is tucked back off the main road and the streets around it are well lit and easy to walk. It takes about 20 minutes or a short tuktuk ride to get to the beach. The beach was nice and not too crowded or commercialized with a chill vibe and a great local market nearby. There are lots of restaurants, 7/11, and other shops super close by. It is walkable to the airport! The hostel itself is 10/10. The staff are lovely and speak English well. There is a restaurant with decent food, a bar, and a several items you can buy on the property as well. I had a private room and it was clean, comfortable, and safe. The pool is awesome and has lots of shade coverage. I met several lovely people there but not everyone was social. It does not have a party vibe, depending on what you’re looking for.

The property is right next to the airport which worried me a bit since I thought it would be really loud - but it’s not like that at all, planes take off and land from a different direction so it’s completely quiet and calm! The breakfast is served all day when there are people at the front desk (8-22). You pick a menu from the ones they offer and they make it for you, it’s very nice. The beds are very big for a hostel and there is a little cupboard directly next to the bed. Thanks to this, you get more storage directly next to the bed than most hostels I’ve been to. The shared areas are so beautiful! There is a super nice pool and a garden covered with mango trees and coconut palm trees. There are so many places to sit/lie and relax. The leisure shared spaces were honestly some of the nicest ones that I’ve seen at a hostel. There was a guitar to borrow at the garden too. Staff was very friendly and spoke very good English.

My main complaint (and this is subjective too) is that I found the pillow extremely uncomfortable :( but like I said, this is subjective so it might be good for other people. The only general issue I think is that there is only one toilet + shower per gender. When the hostel is full, this is not enough.

Good breakfast, not out of this world, but good, I ate it all (egg toast salad bacon). I didn't like the pacakes, not fluffy, batter mixed too much maybe? Pancake ingredients just need to be gently brought together, not so much mixed too much to keep them fluffy =]. Staff very nice! Cute hidden spot and end of cul de sac. Scooters available for rent, + tours and souvenirs, water, beer, saltwater pool, clean facilities, fans going to keep mosquitoes down. Able to set up taxi for me for airport drop off. I stayed here sfter Ruentai Boutique which was amazing.. i could Have stayed longer at the boutique but I wouldn't get a refund for Snug. When I arrived at the snug I ended up deciding to stay and glad that I did. 7 eleven is down the street

Was originally hard to find on google maps, i fortunately found someone who looked like they were headed there and they showed me. + 2pm check in, wish we could go earlier in rooms but this is earlier than most hotels in USA, so cant really complain

Great location, shops and restaurants are nearby and the airport is just about 1 km away by foot. And the walk is super easy. There is a pool and you can buy food and drinks from the hotel bar when it's open. I nearly missed that I have free breakfast included in my booking. Easy communication with the hotel via WhatsApp or via Booking.

I stayed in a dorm and the room door isn't locked and there was no locker for luggage. Or there might have been one small one at the head of the bed but I didn't get a key for it. The area feels safe and is in a more residential area, but regardless I was happy that I only stayed one night because I would have been worried about my stuff otherwise. But even because of this I'd stay again if I arrived late or flew early the next day. Some more hooks in the shower/bathroom area would be nice.

We only stayed one night on arrival in Phuket as we were on our way to Ko Lanta the next day. When we arrived at the airport we were delayed as our bags were still in Singapore so we missed check in at the hotel. However our room was left open and we could pay the next day. The hotel is a short taxi ride from the air port. The room was lovely and the bed was comfortable. Hotel staff were amazing and so friendly and helpful, arranging transport and making boat enquiries for the next part of our journey. The receptionist was wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was great too! Thank you so much! Highly recommend! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Nothing! But don't be put off by the dark street as you approach the hotel if arriving in the evening. It's great when you get there!

Check in was a breeze. Room is huge even when additional bed is occupied. Bathroom are clean but shower area a bit dark since lighting only 1 in middle (toilet area). Water pressure is amazing. Pool right out of our room and with a nice depth. Might be crowded and noisy during peak hours but hotel provide earplug if u want to sleep soundless. But night swim is awesome, less crowd or no one at all. Airport is just 6mins by car or 10-15mins walking. but we have luggages so we dont opt for walking. Restaurant or convenient store are just walking distance.

Bathroom drain was clogging dont know why, since water pressure is quite strong, it cant drain quickly so its like a puddle when u shower. Pool might be noisy sometimes with people laughing and playing, but there are earplug u can use. The add on bed was quite thin on a hard bed, so if you are big, might not be confortable.

Very close to the airport. With hand luggage we walked there in 12 minutes or so from the domestic terminal. Beds comfy, bathroom decent size. Great shower with decent pressure. Included Breakfast very good (we had the noodles. There’s a larger menu to choose from if you want more selection. 7/11 about 6 min walk away.

Small problem with the AC unit but after a bit of fiddling with the buttons we got it working again.

The hostel vibe is great and I was still able to have a private room and the room was great , I liked the direct access to the pool. The location is very convenient (walking distance to the airport) and Naiyang Beach (great beach , perfect for long walks) and lots of little shops and a local market nearby . The staff are all very lovely and helpful , they made my stay even more enjoyable 😊😊

The air conditioner in my room was pretty loud so it was causing some difficulty sleeping (they provide earplugs , I had to use them) otherwise though the hotel is very quite and relaxing.
