Good location 5 min from the airport. Free shuttle provided. The Beach close but is paid but free after 5PM

The staff was not friendly according to my opinion but Ok. The Beach was extremely dirty but all trash was brought by the sea. It should be somehow cleaned.

Very close to the airport for convenience but not noisy at all and great for seeing the planes come in from the roof. Close to the beach and national park. Take the side road to avoid paying to enter the park. Close to Pearl Village which everything you need. Second time in this region and it’s a great place to be. A short walk on the beach and you can have the planes pass right over your head as they land. The hotel was basic but still nice. Exactly what I wanted and at £10 each per night including breakfast it just can’t be beaten unless you want to sleep in a hostel or in a tent on the beach. I would 100% use it again. Free bottles of water every day with use of a fridge. The staff were helpful and we enjoyed our stay. I also want to add that I left my GoPro in the hotel room after we checked out and only realised after I had gone through to departures in the airport and couldn’t leave. Between staff at the hotel finding it for me with one phone call, staff at the airport and TUI staff at the airport I managed to get it back. So I was so grateful to everyone. As it’s an expensive camera plus had all my footage on it. I just wish I could have tipped the hotel staff for bringing it to the airport for me. Had the hotel been much further away it wouldn’t have happened. Really recommend this hotel for location, price especially and simple but more than ample and I’ve stayed at a 5* hotel further along the same beach so have a good comparison. Plenty of space around the back of the hotel for our scooters and several spaces for cars if you choose to hire one.

The only thing I would recommend for the hotel would be to supply a safe for each room. They do offer to put expensive things away but I’d prefer the option of having access without having to ask staff each time. I really can’t fault the hotel.

Next to airport, but not noisy at all. Short walk to beach. X3 7-11's i. 200 metres. taxi from airport went to wrong hotel, they quickly sent their shuttle to collect us. nice friendly staff, great value.

Close to the airport, runs it's own airport shuttle that you can take for free. The staff was really nice and helpful. Very nice and clean room with table, chair, closet and a big bathroom. Small comforts - there were paper tissues, electric kettle and cups, instant coffee etc. Also, 3 types of towels for each person. We didn't have time to try the breakfast or the pool on the roof, which I really regret. But even without this the stay was great. Also, even if you want to walk to/from the airport for some reason, like when we returned the car the evening before our flight and wanted to walk back and visit 7/11 on our way, it's a nice short walk with enough pavements, which is not the case for a lot of airports.

We booked the hotel for one night before our flight leaving from Phuket International Airport early the next day. For that purpose the location was great. The hotel also offers a free airport shuttle which worked very smoothly for us. The pricing for the hotel is also very reasonable. We used our time the day before to go to Nai Yang Beach, since you can see the airplanes landing at Phuket airport very up close. Beware: if you want to go to the beach it is in a National Park and costs 200 Baht entry per person if you are a foreigner.

When we arrived an hour before the checkin time, we were greated by a grumpy receptionist, which told us in a very rough manner that checkin is only at 14:00. That was also fine for us, but the guy conveyed it in a very unfriendly manner which we found a little perplexing. The driver of the airport shuttle however was very nice.

A really great hotel within easy reach of the airport. We booked a family room, which was situated on the 6th floor with a great view of the airport (our family loves planes) Exceptionally clean, spacious room with 2 x king beds and a sofa, TV, dressing table, fridge etc. Easy to use aircon. Lots of sockets and near the bed too, which is always a plus. Was surprised to see there was no safety deposit box (of if there was, we didn't find it). LOTS of soft fluffy towels for the room and the pool. Great amenities in the bathroom including toothbrush and paste, shower cap and cotton buds. Huge power shower with complimentary shower gel/shampoo. Breakfast is served between 6.30 and 10.00am on the 3rd floor and has lots of fresh options available. Really great hotel that is within 10 mins walk of the airport or 250 THB in a taxi. Highly recommended.

Nothing not to like.

We only stayed here for a few hours. Our trip was to Khao lak and our flight back home left late in the evening. Sixteenth naiyang was a convenient stop for us to rest out the afternoon. We arrived earlier than check in time and were able to leave our luggage to spend some time out in town which worked out very well for us. Proximity to the airport and their free airport shuttle made it a very easy decision for us. So even though we didn't really try out any facilities, we were very satisfied with our decision to book in here.

Nothing to note

Cosy and comfy hotel we used before a long trip. The rooms are great, super well designed and comfy. Rooftop pool is nice however the bar no longer seems to be open, which is a shame as this hotel is not super close to other bars. No shower facilities (other than the one at the pool in front of other guests) if you have already checked out. Staff were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately the other guests not so much, so if you are hoping to catch some sleep before or after your flight, bring earplugs because you can hear everything in the corridor and guests here apparently loved shouting. Otherwise though, I was super happy with this place and they also offered free airport shuttle service both arriving and departing 😜😜

We liked the hotel. It is just 7 min walk from the airport and also walkable from the nearest beach. less then a minute walk from the hotel is massage salon and good cafe. 7/11 is 3 min walk. pool is small but clean and very warm. You can also enjoy a beautiful view to the airport and sunset. we enjoyed breakfast here, becouse of variety of dishes. All were very delicious. We booked this hotel for border run to Kuala Lumpur. Flights there are very cheap if you fly without luggage, so we left the luggage at the hotel for 4 days, picked the bags upon arrival back to Phuket and it was a very convinient for us.
