Room was very good, other hotel areas very good, good breakfast. Very close to the airport. The burger which I had on my lunch time was delicious.

When I arrive to have my breakfast the staff from the restaurant told me the breakfast wasn't included for me, but I told him that I have paid for it. He went to the reception and It was confirmed It was included. I've had to ask 4 times in the reception for my airport drop off confirmation time, and It seemed the staffs wasn't unsure and confused about it. Anyway I was worried about my international flight time and I came down half hour earlier (5:30pm) of my drop off time (at 6:00pm) to ensure the car would be ready to take me to the airport. At the end everything worked well.

Location and clean room with a big bathroom. Gym and pool were fantastic.

Buffet at the restaurant was average, food was cold and service was slow.

Really loved the comfy beds, the beautiful room, the nice hot showers, the fast wifi, the 2 water bottles that came everyday, the gym - you can get fit if you're creative with all the dumbell exercises, swimming pool, and the really yummy food in the restaurant, the beautiful breakfast buffet and the amazing staff and service! Also just a 10 min walk to the airport! If it's sunny and you don't mind, you can really walk to your flight! Will highly recommend!

Nothing not to dislike; I really enjoyed my stay.

A location that exceeded my expectations. I chose the hotel for its proximity to the airport (you can get there by walking in 10 minutes), the stay being for the last 2 days of the vacation. A clean, well-maintained hotel, without improvisations or utility defects. If the hotel had been in the city center, I would have been happy to spend my entire vacation there.

A small communication error regarding the included transfer from the airport. Although I communicated the time and the flight a week before, they failed to confirm and inform me how and where the transfer will be made. I arrived at the airport in the evening, and having no answer from them, I decided to go to the taxi area, but on the way there, I saw my name on an A4 sheet, stuck on the fence at the airport exit. I said that I was that person, and a driver came in 5 minutes to take me to the hotel. If I hadn't read the names on the fences or if I had exited at gate 2 instead of 3, I would have missed that transfer.

A short walking distance to shops, restaurants and pharmacy. A 10 minute walk to the beach (2 mins in a tuk tuk) with beach bars and shops. Staff happy to arrange tuk tuk and other transportation. Very close to the airport. Room was spacious with a small ground floor balcony that had access directly to the pool.

Breakfast was good although not a huge buffet more like a semi buffet and I found being there later the food was warm not hot. Perhaps an early time may have been better. Unlike newer hotels, I could not charge my devices directly into the socket with my USB cable so I had to buy one . No plugs available to borrow or hire.

I personally liked that the hotel is away from the crowded tourist areas although its 40mins - 1hr drive (roughly 1000baht by taxi) one way to all the popular activites which might be inconvenient for some people so i recommend hiring a car/motorbike, theres a legitimate car hire company next to the hotel so you dont have to worry about being scammed. Food around the hotel is also alot cheaper, the currency exchange place down the road has the BEST rates I've seen in all of Phuket (I was comparing everytime i saw an exchange place and every single one was lower), staff was amazing and very helpful, its a 24hr front desk so theres always someone there willing to help. Our room was clean and comfy. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and was kinda regretting moving to a different hotel just to be closer to the tourist spots. Wasn't worth the swap to be honest. We should've stayed here for our entire trip :)

The fact that its abit far from all the popular tourist areas. Also, the door lock to our room was faulty, we had to try several times each time we wanted to enter our room.

1k walk from airport, so easy, easily see the huge hotel sign from street, Decorations are unique with vintage, classic planes and aviation business. Room space is very comfortable, soft mattress with 4 cushion pillows, all facilites are provided to comfort my stay for overnight after late night flight, or heading for early outbound flight. There are fitness center, swimming pool.

We stayed here for a day and a half after arriving back from PhiPhi, as we just wanted somewhere close by for us to get our flight. This hotel is super close to the airport, upon check in the helpful ladies at the desk organised our taxi for the next day. The room was nice and the beds were comfy. Food in the restaurant was good and the pool super quiet, so we enjoyed some sun and pool time before our flight. I'd definitely recommend this hotel if like us, you want somewhere cheap and cheerful before you go to the airport!

Not many restaurant options around the area.

Easy location, 2 minutes from airport and with a midnight flight, perfect. Great staff, great facilities what’s not to like. Hired a car, they’ve got free parking. Breakfast isn’t 5 star but it’s certainly varied and good food. Little window to the kitchen and 2 fried eggs in moments. And real earl grey tea first I’ve had for a month.

Mmm, it’s a bit military in theme and not a beach resort hotel but I liked it, well enough to do this review and I would certainly stay again.
