Free airport shuttle from the Phuket International to this hotel! I landed in Phuket quiet late and just wanted somewhere to rest before I headed to Patong the next day, so having this service was GREAT! The staff were nice and accomodating (allowed me Late check-out at 1pm) and the room was spacious and clean.

The bed may be a little hard for some and the room/bathroom may be seen as 'outdated'/needing refurbishing, but can work with it if staying for 1 or 2 nights. This hotel is about 15+ minutes walking distance to the nearest store/shops (7/11, cafe's etc.,), which can be seen as a little inconvenient. If the hotel was able to provide a shuttle service to and from the main street, that would've been good!

Lovely hotel in quiet area, bit of a walk to the beach but I didn’t mind it. Absolutely hidden gem. The room was massive, it had more amenities than needed, lovely staff who could speak English which is not easy to find in Thailand. Free airport shuttle was a bonus. There’s a beach nearby where you can plane spot, as on attached photo.

Nothing, everything was absolutely perfect

Clean rooms, quiet location, helpful staff with arranging transportation to the airport . The free WiFi is strong and the air conditioner works well. Perfect for our overnight stay before our long flight home. Easy to order a grab taxi to visit the beach about 15 minutes away. The hotel sells drinks and snacks as well.

Food options are up the road , about a 25 minute walk.

The lovely man picked us up from the airport.(you just have to call him or WhatsApp him when you land, Wi-Fi is good at the airport to do this). They gave good instructions. The guy himself was very smiley and friendly. We arrived late and he still was accommodating. The room was big and modern for Thailand. Everything was well maintained. Air con worked, bathroom all good, there was a small kitchenette with a big fridge I wasn’t expecting. Bottles of Water for our stay. Location wise: realistically it’s like a stones throw away. You could walk it if you had too.

Nothing, they are doing a great job here

Rooms were very big and spacious and clean! Great location for a stay over before a flight as only a short drive from the airport. The staff were lovely and friendly, they also dropped us to the airport free of charge which was great! You can’t get food at the hotel, however there are a couple of options just a 10 minute walk away.

Staff is very nice, room was simple but good, bed was a bit hard, but gave a good sleep.

Doors are having a simple lock, not really secure. The building can only be accessed by car, nothing is around the place. Good side of this is that the place is super quiet.

Not knowing how to get around in a strange new environment is a bit overwhelming, the front desk was able to assist me in all my little set backs and made my worries disappear, thank you .

Without motor transportation it's a bit of a walk to get to the main hub ,but very quiet area

Friendly helpful Staff who pick you up from the airport and help arrange trips and recommendations for restaurants.. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful nature with short walk to restaurants and mainstreet. Spacious room, quiet, clean and in short distance from the airport. Perfect for longer stays too

Such friendly owners and staff who were just the nicest people. I needed help to get medical attention and they were very helpful. Clean , quiet room is sweet kinda country neighborhood but only 10 mins ftom airport. Nice to pay money to stay at a Thai family business!

Cleanest of the places we stayed at in Phuket. Staff are always friendly and willing to help. It's a little bit away from the main Street but they have motorcycles to rent at realistic prices, and the beaches are just a short ride away. Great stay at a great price. I would highly recommend. And I forgot to mention free lifts to the airport. Room size was excellent.

The only thing I could comment on would be the water pressure in the bathrooms. Such a little thing.
