Everything about this place. The host was professional, and a pleasure to talk to and allowed us space to our own to relax. The accommodation was the best we've stayed in by a long shot. Clean, very well presented and designed beautifully. Very unique. The price was very under priced and deserved a higher price bracket.

This property is a great option if you are staying in Phuket just for a night or two and want to be close to the airport, but still stay somewhere that that looks charming and Thai style. The pool area was nice, everything was pretty and we loved the indoor-outdoor shower. Sheets and towels seamed clean. There was a great restaurant just across the street and closest 7eleven is a short walk down the road.

The toilet room could use some refurbishing, it was probably clean but looked old and dated in a way where you couldn't be sure if it is clean. The owner is a bit weird, very different compared to the majority of people we encountered in Thailand. The property offers good breakfast options, but in my opinion it is a bit overpriced.

One of the best places I've ever stayed! Loved it so much, really beautiful and chilled out place to stay, extended my stay, loved my rooms (extended my stay) and the pool is perfect for a chilled swim and wind down. Staff are very friendly and easy going. I loved the more traditional feel, rather than the more modern hotels etc. Still has good AC and excellent showers etc. I didn't have breakfasts as was busy volunteering at the Soi Dog shelter (just 15 mins away). The Natural restaurant across the road is good too and lots of other good places in the town. And obviously super convenient for the airport (didn't hear any plans).

Nothing! It's so peaceful and quiet that sometimes you can hear others when they're around but not really a fault.

Nice stay close to the airport (walking distance in principle, if you have time and no luggage), and yet relatively quiet (you will not hear any planes, but may hear a little traffic from the road). Everything was clean. Note the kitchen and shower areas are not enclosed (they are private but they are kind of outside of the house, as it is customary for tropical places). Reaching the beach on foot is also possible (but take time). There is a nice (but not cheap) "green" restaurant near the residence, just across the main road.

Cleaning staff keeps doors open when doing their job, so any mosquitos or flies you probably got rid of are coming again and again. I would suggest asking not to clean. There is no "do not disturb" sign however. Also there is a dog on premises that smells rather badly yet likes to sleep leaning to your door; the stench is really coming in, sometimes.

Quiet and peaceful villa. Close to the airport - roughly 10 mins taxi ride. Spacious room layout. The interior of the villa is also very nicely decorated. Very nice host and staff!

Nearest 7-11 is a bit of a walk. No restaurant in the villa but not a big concern, there are some restaurant nearby. (they do serve breakfast though) Aircon wasn't strong enough for one of our room during noon time, evening was fine.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was great, and communication with the host was smooth and responsive. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches and attention to detail. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

The owner and the staff were very helpful, from email contact before we arrived until the morning after when we left. During our holiday I got injured and needed therefore we decided to stay out last day near the airport. I got crutches and therefore it was not easy to reach the restaurants nearby. Therefore the concierge Win made a delicious lunch and later drove us to the restaurant across the street. The next morning we needed to leave early so he gave us some boiled eggs and water for breakfast. He also arranged our transport to the airport. The complex is very beautiful and the garden has a nice Ajuthaja likewise style. The room was spacious and has a big kitchen and bathroom. The bed is very good.

Nothing. The only thing is that if you are not able to walk a few stairways it is not easy to reach the house or nearby restaurants.

We spent an amazing two weeks stay in this fantastic place. The property is charming, bringing traditional feelings, but modern and cozy at the same time. We loved spending our mornings and evenings around the pool in full tranquility and listening to the bird sounds. The staff was very kind and attentive to every need we've had.

A quiet little oasis, very laid back and relaxing place to unwind. Staff and owner are super friendly and helpful. If staying near the airport this is the best place I have found in over 17 years of coming to Phuket Your own transportation is essential in Phuket and the resort is a short ride/drive from the fabulous Nai Harn beach, restaurants, bars and local market. It's like staying with family, very enjoyable and hospitable. Thank you

The property is undergoing some minor refurbishment work which is a good sign that the owner wants an even better resort. A few things need to be repaired and replaced, for example there was no dousch wash in the toilet. However these are small things that did not detract from a wonderful stay.

The property is amazing, owner made sure we feel amazing there. Rooms were cleaned daily, breakfast was super tasty. Property is beautiful and taken well care of. There are a few restaurants and a couple of stores in a close proximity.
