Amazingly quiet and very helpful staff.

The only draw back was there were no voile curtains on the windows so the only choice was black out curtains open to full view by neighbours, or closed and no light in the room.

No breakfast, but a bakery nearby (about 1 km ) was good. Room faced pool and had a good drying rack.

We would have liked two rubbish bins. Also need two pillows and need at least 1 hand towel. Step in the bathroom needs to be marked with a line.

Excellent location, close to airport.Close to Nai Yang beach, which is beautiful! A little gem of a find in a busy area, yet as soon as you enter it, it is like a little haven so peaceful you would never think you were in this busy location. We had a pool access villa, which was lovely to have a dip to cool down.There was also a larger pool with swim up pool bar, sauna, steam and plunge pool.The villa was big and had everything you need, hairdryer, air conditioning, tea/coffee, safe, toiletries. Jasmine, on reception, was so helpful she adds you to wattsapp and anything you need at all.just drop her a message from food delivery, taxis, or just general info etc .Highly recommend this hotel you won't be disappointed.

Mosquitos, unfortunately, due to the abundance of beautiful plants and water.

We've had a standalone house. It had pretty much everything we needed! But I would like to specifically mention the comfort of having two beach towels (provided by the hotel), dedicated (to house-type rooms only) 200m pool, two saunas (steam/turk-ish at ~60°C and dry/finn-ish at 85°C) that are available for up to 22:00, two micro-pools with hot (~40°C) and cold (~18°C) water, two dedicated sun loungers with a table by the pool. The staff was also super-friendly. They helped us with renting a car (by contacting a third-party company), which in itself had been a pleasant experience. When a sauna control panel suddenly stopped working, they immediately set their engineer to fix it. The Wi-Fi in the house-room (as well as anywhere on the hotel area) was perfect, thanks to a dedicated router on the room's ceiling. The parking lot of the hotel is pretty huge, I'd say 20-30 cars can fit in there. The backyard area of the house-room felt pretty cozy, with lots of big palm trees. The water in the shower had decent pressure, the both cold and hot temperatures of the water felt just right, and the hot water turn-on delay was barely noticable at all. Also, the closeness to the airport is also a huge plus. Also also, khopunkaaa!

I can't really name anything negative that would be worth mentioning. Everything was near-perfect to my taste.

Stayed at this hotel the night before a long haul flight home. The staff are INCREDIBLE I’ve never felt so welcome at any place I’ve stayed, they’ll really efficient and friendly without being over bearing. Nice clean big rooms, comfortable sun loungers & they offer really cheap shuttles to the beach/airport. Would 100% stay here again (even if I didn’t need to be near the airport!)

Shame they don’t have a restaurant on site but in fairness to them you can get food ordered to your room it’s just nice to eat in a proper restaurant when on holiday. I’d recommend traveling to the beach it’s only 100BAHT and there are some great restaurants down there (or it’s walkable distance too if you fancy it). 7/11 is nearby for snacks & 10 min walk from the hotel is a nice local restaurant called Blue Cow

Where do we start? From the moment we arrived the team at T-Villa were on hand to make sure we had the most relaxing stay imaginable. Jasmine, our host, was always available to help organise transport and answer any questions. Service really is their top priority. Our room was beyond incredible. We obviously saw the photos when booking but there's always a small part of you that wonders if that's what you'll get. It was flawless. A huge kingsize bed in a swim-up room with our own private terrace and loungers. Given that it was towards the end of the tourist season, the pool was quiet and it felt like our own piece of paradise. Nai Yang beach is a 15 minute walk away and boasts beautiful sunsets and beach dining. The restaurant offers a small menu throughout the day, and the hotel's main pool has its own bar. Thank you for such a memorable stay.

We wish we could have stayed longer!

We originally booked this property because of its proximity to the airport and didn’t realize how beautiful this property was until we arrived! The Customer Service we received was excellent All the Staff helped us with anything we needed everything we asked for they helped. They were always so nice to us they made us feel special. (Special shout out to Jasmine who promptly attended to anything we needed help with) We had a beautiful pool side room that was very spacious and very comfortable very comfortable unique making our stay extraordinary We spent a lot of time Sunning around and swimming in the main pool the main pool had a swim up bar that was a real nice touch with an awesome Bartender that mixed us great cocktails and was a Super Nice Guy real enjoyed ourselves We periodically soaked in the hot tub and Cold pool if you like thermal cycling we tried it a few times There is a restaurant up the road served affordable Good Food and about 500m down the road is plenty of food options and massage spa’s T Villa thank you the wonderful experience!!!

We had a pool villa which was great. Good sized accommodation with large shower room and an outside shower, our own decking with sunbeds and direct access to the pool. The resort is a short walk from a high street with restaurants and shops, Nai Yang Beach is a further kilometre from there. We used tuk tuks to get to/from the beach - 50 bahts per person each way. The beach area has a variety of restaurants and shops, but not too many. Has a chilled, laid back vibe. There's a national park to one end of the beach, but we didn't get time to visit. The resort is very close to Phuket Airport - just 10 minutes drive away. Very convenient. We would return here.

It's a shame that breakfast isn't available, but there are restaurants in a short walking distance and a 7/11. WiFi was poor.

The villa with private pool was such an amazing getting away. So relaxing. Although we didn't use them the other pools looked beautiful. The immediate surrounding is not great, but we like a walk and it was so easy to get a tuk tuk to and from the beach area. 100 baht each way. We also ordered take away one evening on Food Panda which worked perfectly. Nai Yang beach is great for beach bars etc. Sirinat national park beach is stunning with wooded area surrounding and good snorkelling just off the beach. The planes landing overhead draw a crowd at the far end. Was a bit worried it would ruin it but was totally fine and kind of part of the fun. Already booked our second visit!

It would have been great to have the option to buy some snacks at the hotel. There was beers and water but maybe some ice creams, crisps etc. A breakfast onsite would be wonderful but the opportunity to order is also much appreciated. Not many plug points in the room. Had to put the kettle over by the TV and charge our phones in the living room. Small issue. No ventilation in the toilet without opening the window which isn't ideal at mosquito o'clock

Beautiful hotel! Would love to go back one day for sure! ❤️ Recommend for sure!
