I purposely pick this hotel because it's close to Phuket Airport. It's just 3km away. I was stayed on the east side of Phuket before checked-in here. Walking distance to the nearest beach, Nai Yang beach. You can find a lot of seafood restaurant, massage centre, bar or club along the beach. The beach is long and nice for swim or enjoy the sun. I stayed in the pool access room. Room was clean and nice. Public swimming pool located on the roof top.

Kokotel is one of my favourite hotel chains in Thailand. I had the best experience in Kokotel Ao Nang which is why I chose kokotel in Phuket as well. The staffs are always sooo great, friendly and helpful. The room was very neat and cute as they always are. We specifically booked this one for the private pool from the room. The pool was very clean. I love how they used glass bottles where we could refill the water, great step towards sustainable tourism. The breakfast was great, had loads of options and a coffee machine where we could get our own coffee. It also had a terrace pool with a great view.

Location was off though. We didn't realize how far this hotel was from Patong and Karon beaches. We hired a scooter but almost took us an hour to get to these places. This made us very difficult to travel with our 2 year old to the beaches. I wish it was nearer. But it is a much better hotel than the one in Patong. Very peaceful area if you love some quite space.

I like the design and color scheme of the room. A place to put our baggage and hang our cloth. The available umbrellas (came in very handy). the bed was comfortable. The serve glass water bottles. I think that was a great idea to do instead of the plastic water bottles. The front desk very friendly. location was nice just walking distance to the beach, markets, and restaurants. The pool was great place to hangout. Nice view from there. Also the price of the food available at restaurant was good. Cheapest I’ve ever seen at a hotel. We really enjoyed are time here.

Booked this hotel at very short notice (night before) because of an unexpected change of travel schedule. Upon arrival, we were surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the room - we had initially been sceptical of the size). The room exceeded expectations, with a sea view, comfortable beds, and even a mini fridge (which was not in the advertisement). There is a pool on the roof with deck chairs and sun umbrellas and panorama view - it is great. The staff is very friendly, forthcoming, and attentive. They made an effort to take care of us and to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They were always smiling and cheerful. Breakfast was great - nothing crazy, but good options and variety over the course of a week. The hotel is relatively small, so a breakfast buffet is not easy to get right. They did well here. It is a modern-styled hotel, and it was good. The lobby is great - open air. The hotel is not on the beach, but very close. You can walk there in three minutes. Three minutes in the other direction, you'll pass by a 7-eleven and a local market where you can get fresh fruit, vegetable, food, and other things at normal prices. The airport is ten minutes away, and you can get a taxi either from the hotel lobby or right across the street from a taxi stand. Kokotel is conscious if the environmental impact of hotels, and they make it easy for their guests to reduce their environmental impact. Overall, this was wonderful and refreshing in an otherwise potentially stressful situation.

Did exactly what we wanted.. a one night stand prior to an early flight to Singapore Clean room well branded .. it delivered well beyond our expcetations.. we liked it!

All was perfect

The property was very unassuming. We were greeted with a beautiful and sincere welcome and a welcome drink to go with it. The staff member was Prach. What an amazing man. He is the epitome of excellence in customer service! Prach explained everything we needed to know about the hotel, from the restaurant, breakfast hours, pool and drinking water fountains to what was around the hotel that we may need. He was everywhere! Front reception/ bar , to clearing tables in the restaurant. Checking the pool area and assisting whoever needed his help. His happy, attentive and genuine interest in his work and every guest made our stay very memorable. We felt at home at this hotel and this was because of Prach. The hotel itself was clean and had everything we needed. It was comfortable and had a great size shower. The water pressure was a bit light but we managed. Breakfast was minimal but ok. We had the waffles one morning and then they didn’t have them. I asked one lovely staff member if she had any on one occasion when there weren’t any and she actually made my daughter and I some!!! So appreciative of the effort! The pool was a long one on the roof, which was lovely and clean as were the facilities, shower and toilets. Also being on the roof you had sun all day so perfect for tanning! The hotel was a very short walk from a local market, 7 eleven and around the corner was the beach with lots of shops and outdoor eating. We will definitely stay here again. 🤗

My husband and I stayed at Kokotel Phuket Nai Yang for one night after arriving in Phuket, and it was the ideal place to rest and recharge before continuing our trip! The location couldn’t have been better—just 10 minutes from the airport, yet quiet and peaceful. After a long flight, we appreciated the quick and hassle-free transfer. Though our stay was short, we were impressed by the warm welcome from the staff, who made check-in smooth and efficient. Our room was cozy, clean, and stylish, with a super comfortable bed—exactly what we needed after traveling. The modern bathroom and great shower were a nice bonus! For anyone needing a convenient, comfortable, and friendly airport hotel in Phuket, Kokotel Nai Yang is a fantastic choice.

We had a very great time in Phuket and really enjoyed our stay from the first moment that we entered the hotel. The team is super friendly, supportive, check in quick and easy (even before regular check in time spooks be to enter the room). A very special appreciation goes out to the girls at reception. Sabai and Baijok. Sabai was almost everywhere. Jumping between reception and breakfast area to support where help was needed. They helped us with recommendations for restaurants, booking of a transfer to the airport and as we were too early to enjoy their great breakfast, they provided breakfast to go including coffee. We stayed in a deluxe room in the ground floor with direct pool access which was awesome. Also the pool area on the roof was great. Absolutely recommend the hotel 🚀 Keep on rocking team Kokotel 🫶

Hotel has excellent locations , it's just 10 minutes drive to the airport , and is also 5 minutes walk to the beach, there a lot of services area near by, there is even night market near the beach. The room is also nice and the pool is on the roof which was a plus. The staff are super friendly. The breakfast is simple but efficient there is also nice cafe where you can even do some work . In short the hotel is great not just for 1 night connection but maybe even more nights.

The breakfast could use some upgrade, but right now will do the trick.

We chose this hotel for the last night of our vacation, as we wanted to stay close to the airport and avoid any risk of missing our flight. It’s a modest but clean hotel, very affordable, and perfectly located – just a few minutes’ drive from the airport. One major bonus: it’s only a one-minute walk from the sea, where you’ll find a clean beach, beachside terraces, restaurants, and massage salons – a great way to enjoy the final hours of your trip. The staff was extremely friendly and truly helpful – they kindly stored our luggage for three weeks, which made a big difference for us. We’re very grateful for that! Highly recommended for travelers looking for a simple, clean, and well-located stay before a flight or as a short stopover.
