Good size room and bathroom with bath. Seating area (window seat). Robes, slippers, tea & coffee, safe, small fridge, AC and flat-screen TV, hairdryer. Nice pool, swim-up bar. Good location close to markets, shops and massage. A 5-minute walk from the beach and 10 minutes from beach restaurants, massage, bar, etc. There are 7/11s, currency exchanges, and pharmacies all nearby—only 5 minutes from the airport. The bed is firm but comfortable, with many pillows and cushions, power points near the bed, and bedside tables and lamps. The resort grounds are lush and pleasant. There are free bicycles to use. Breakfast is good. There is an egg station where you can get freshly cooked eggs Benedict (minus the bacon or ham), omelettes, scrambled eggs, or fried eggs. They have boiled eggs and fried eggs already prepared. They have a selection of other food, usually rice, a meat stirfry or similar, chicken sausage and chicken ham, creamy spinach or pasta. Chicken congee and a spicy soup. A selection of pastries, including croissants. Fruit and yogurt, cereal and bread/toast. A coffee machine. Nice pool with a swim-up bar and happy hour cocktails between 14:00 - 16:00.

The air conditioner in room 507 was a little noisy. The tap to change the shower head (there are two) did not work, and the showerhead that was working did not spray down on the person but on the wall instead. (Maintenance in room 507 is needed.) The fridge is tiny and cannot make ice. Sometimes, there was no one at the pool bar to serve.

Had a mosquito problem Too much chlorine in the pool staff are very attentive but it could really do with a deep clean in rooms and lifts. The floor in our room wasn't mopped once, during a three week stay, the shower curtain and toilet curtains needed a good clean or replaced. Fingerprints on windows from previous guests.... We were in a superior room which is beautiful on first impressions until you actually stay in it and realise that room needs some TLC overall a nice place just needs some better consistency with cleaning and consistency. Staff are all very pleasant good breakfast selection.

Rooms were really nicely thought out and very clean and spacious. pool access was just lovely. Beautiful place to stay and very comfortable !! 10 min max to beach and they have bicycles to ride there. the area is super cute with quite a few eating places.

I had read other reviews about the staff being unfriendly so was interested to see if this was the case and unfortunately it was. Im not sure why, but you feel like everything is an annoyance for them. I did see another traveller get into an argument and I know it can’t be easy dealing with tourists all the time but they don’t make it easy for people, and stuggle with a simple smile. This person was probably frustrated at the lack of acknowledgment. There maybe something more behind the staff lack of enthusiasm that management need to look into. This was the only place I experienced this in the 4 places I stayed in the time I was there. Its a shame as the hotel is a otherwise a lovely place to stay, and a winner if you need to kill a night before a flight.

Lovely hotel and friendly/polite staff. Great location for the airport. They allow you to borrow their bikes for 2 hours for free to ride to the local beach was great. We were only there for one night.

I would have rated higher but the service is slow particularly at check out - we just about made bag drop at the airport. Be aware that they will do a room check which takes at least 10 minutes. We ordered the floating love afternoon tea. Whilst it looked great, quality of food was mediocre. One of the doughnuts was hard, dry and inedible. We had booked 3 beds in a 2 bedroom suite but had to ask for bedding for the sofa bed. The second toilet and shower had curtains but no doors which was a little strange, and it smelt funny.

Room and hotel facilities are very good. Staff are very attentive and super polite. Free use of bikes is a nice touch and beach towels also provided. Room styling is very contemporary but the open facilities will not be to everyone’s liking. Pool access from the room is novel but you don’t swim outside your room width because of privacy issues. But it is a very nice hotel with super nice styling.

We didn’t have a breakfast included, but we did try it one morning, we weren’t impressed. It’s okay but doesn’t fully lend itself to western tastes. One of my pet hates is a room without enough storage space, this room was one of them, so you end up not unpacking and live out of your suitcase. Our room 211 was noisy because of its proximity to the road and trolly / suitcase wheel noise in the corridor outside.

-Despite my arrival at 2:30 pm, I had to wait for 1:30 hours and my room got ready at 4 pm which was very unpleasant. -I wished there were more signs to prevent smoking around the pool as some clients don’t care! -I think the music volume at the pool could be lower as it made it hard to rest during the day. -I was feeling sorry for some of the staffs as their T-shirts are so thick makes it hard for them to stay cool during the day, specially at the pool side area! -the treadmill in the gym is faulty.

Definitely the best hotel in Phuket. The most affordable prices for the service you get here. The staff is friendly and will always welcome you with a smile and fulfill all your expectations and solve everything you need. The hotel is beautiful, new, with a beautiful pool, delicious breakfast, close to the beach, bicycles are available that you can use to go anywhere. Around the hotel you have everything you need, a market, a market and shops. THANK YOU TO ALL THE EMPLOYEES, you are wonderful. we love Thailand because of you.

We were upgraded to a deluxe double room. Large bedroom with sitting area and balcony. There is a bathroom with a bathtub, his and hers basins, a shower, a toilet and a dressing room. Great location near the airport and Nai Yang Beach. It is also next to the local night markets.

Breakfast is a little average. Nothing really changes, so if you have a long stay, you could get bored with the breakfast. It does have a good variety, i.e. something for everyone, such as a chicken stirfry, rice, congee, eggs, ham and sausage, fruit salad, yoghurt and cereal. But it is pretty much the same every day.

Fantastic stay. The hotel itself is beautifully designed. Nice tropical garden styles with different pools. The highlight is the water from the pool from the second floor runs down to a wall. So fun to be in the private pool watching the water runs more down when you are swimming near the edge, with natural beautiful flowers floats in the water, and a cute swing on the balcony. Lovely design! The room has great design too as in the nice bath has a thin curtain to be divided from the bed, overlooking the private pool. Staff members are super friendly. Location is superb. Breakfast is a combo of western and local Thai style which is such a bonus. Local market, beaches, shops, massages, money exchanges, airport, restaurants are very close by. The only problem is the air conditioning and the bed. I really haven’t slept well. The aircon is not cold enough but really loud and makes weird noises periodically. The bed is too hard and lacks of thinner blanket. Overall experience is really fabulous though. In love with Phuket.

I decided on this hotel only and exclusively because of the pool. I booked a room with a pool. Of course, I thought that the pool would look like the pictures but unfortunately I was wrong. Just as the pictures of the room differ depending on which one we choose, the pool remains the same. The hotel has two pools, one at the top which is in the pictures and the other at the very bottom where everyone can enter and everyone can see our room because the balcony doors and the pool are towards the garden and the sun loungers which everyone uses. If I had known that, I would not have booked this hotel, so be careful with that.
