I had a wonderful stay at The Pattern Boutique Hotel, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The hotel itself is stylish and charming, with a unique and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering all the comforts I could ask for. The attention to detail really stood out, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the hotel. The location was also perfect—close to local attractions yet tucked away enough to offer a peaceful retreat. A special mention must go to the breakfast! Each morning, I was treated to a delicious, freshly prepared spread that was the perfect start to my day. I genuinely enjoyed my time here. The rooms were very clean, spacious and all the amenities we needed. Staff was attentive and nice and helped us whenever we needed to book a ride or tour.

The room was in the 4th floor and had no elevator, so it was a bit tiresome going up and down the stairs whenever we wanted to go out. But the worst part by a mile was the location. It’s about half an hour walk from the beach and the road you need to walk on has no sidewalk. A tuk tuk, taxi or grab ride to/from the beach costs about 200 baht. It also had no restaurants nearby. If you’re looking for a convenient place, close to the town’s center, this place is unfortunately not it.

They have a shuttle to the airport, when you call them, they come immediately to take you. This is wonderful and also they charge a little money for that. At the Pukhet Airport for a very short distance the Transportation companies are charging very expensive prices even for 1 km they charge you 400 baht, instead 50 or 100 baht and the taxis do not want to go to close distances and also they ask for big fee. So the shuttle service of the hotel is great. The location is good, very close to the beach and there are many restaurants around. The rooms are lovely decorated with nice colors and sea shells. The windows are looking at green trees. 7 eleven is just at the corner, and the taxi stop is there too. The room was very clean and the lights in the room were really good for any purpose. The TV had so many channels and working very well. The wifi was good too.

My room was at the 3rd floor and when i arrived it was hard for me to carry my luggage. The cleaning woman was busy, the officer was pregnant, so I did not have any help, and I had hard time to carry my luggage and now my back is hurting. The staff is nice but unable to help in carrying. Downstairs there is a very nicely decorated dining room to make coffee or tea, and there is drinking cold or hot water and a fridge, there were small tables to sit down but I could never sit there because there was no AC system may be, it was always very hot, impossible to sit there, what a pity! These kinds of dining rooms are important for the customers to meet and chat.

The rooms were great! Very clean, compertable, nice shower, good air conditioning, fridge, kettle to make coffee. Absoltely everything you need and more. There was a lovely beach only a few hundred metres away which was great for swimming, and you could walk all the way north along the beach to watch the planes land at the airport. A nice restaurant downstairs, and lots of nice restaurants on the beach. A lot of these restaurants have Happy Hour on cocktains while you watch a lovely sunset. I will definately stay here again!

A few small things: - free taxi transfer fron the airport when you arrive. But you have to pay for a taxi transfer to the airport when you depart? II don't understand? - the price you see is for cash. You have to pay extra for paying by credit card. They told me to come back at 5pm, so I came back from the beach. But the owner was 1 hour late. Not a good start! The staff do not speak English..... but I am in Thailand and I do not speak Thai. So this is not really a complaint. We got by with Google Translate, which was fine. But apart from that it was a great place and I would stay again. I wish I had not wasted my time at Patong Beach and come here instead.

Rooms were bright, spacious, comfortable, cleaned when requested. Very well priced for budget conscious traveller. Lady in charge friendly and spoke good English. Close to beach, 7/11 food store, money changing office. Soi Dog pick-up stop at front of building. Close to large food market.

Don't take credit card. 'Never' saw anyone at reception the whole time I was there.

Friendly staff. Comfortable beds and great location for all needs. Very clean rooms with comfortable beds and good shower pressure. Plus breakfast coffee, snacks, and juices. Overall great. Would have stayed longer but fully booked.

Would have been better to have 2 keys as me and my friend, often in and out of the room at different times, but then again, we didn't ask. So our problem.

The hotel is very near the airport. The hotel also offers a free ride from the airport. Just call the property and they will pick you up from the airport. Nice location because there are many restaurants, bars and massage places around. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Phuket for a couple of nights.

Toilet was not working properly.

Very clean, comfy and modernized. Room tidying is available every day by using a door handle marker. Short walk to the forest and beach. 7/11 is an arm's length away. Also close to the humble night market for affordable shopping.

No safe in the room to help protect valuables. There's some early building development happening adjacent to the property but it's not too obstructive and nothing can be done about it.

Excellent location close to the beach and national park. 5 minutes to the airport. It’s an excellent price. Older bathroom with walk in shower great water pressure. Very clean linen with good pillows

The aircon is only on while in the room. Typical and fair for this price but worth considering if heat is an issue for you. No pool if that’s a preference but the beach is close

The room was fine for the price and the location was the most important for us as we had a flight out the next morning. The beds were decent and the room was clean.

The check in area and sitting room for "coffee and snacks" was unrelentingly hot and when we waited for our taxi to take us to the airport, the staff were not very accommodating. I asked if we could turn on the AC for just a few minutes while we had our coffee and they said no. The "breakfast" was toast and jam and we were seemingly scolded for using some butter from the refrigerator to add to the limited breakfast choice. I wasn't impressed with the way the staff treated us upon check out.
